Strongest Member: Shikamaru Nara
The Nara Clan essentially standing tall as the brains of Konoha. Those of Nara are known to have incredibly high IQs, and they make good advisors. The Nara clan is known for having the Hiden ability to manipulate shadows. The likes of Shikamaru are descended from this clan. Over the years, the Nara clan has produced some of the most talented ninja, such as Shikaku, and now, in the current era, Shikadai as well.
However, it goes without saying that they are one of the weakest clans, strength-wise. Their overall powers may be great, and their IQ may be unmatched, but when it comes to strength, Nara is incredibly underwhelming. In fact, even a Jonin can take down the strongest members of the Nara clan with great ease.

The Akimichi Clan is one of the most powerful clans in Konoha, but also one of the most underrated. Kishimoto didn't give them as much attention as they should have. This clan is made up of absolute powerhouses who use Expansion Jutsu in battle. Choji is one of the most skilled fighters this clan has ever produced, but even before him the likes of Choza Akimichi stood very strong.
The Akimichi Clan's special jutsu allows them to transform into a butterfly form, which is so strong that it can even stand up to the Gedo Statue in the Fourth Great Ninja War. Without a doubt, the Akimichi clan is one of the strongest in Konoha, and select members are even stronger than elite Jonin.

Meanwhile, Shino, despite being an academy instructor, is clearly well above the average Jonin level.
The Aburame Clan members are extremely dangerous, with abilities that can simply decimate armies. They are easily one of the strongest clans in Konoha, despite being very underrated.

When it comes to the major clans in the Naruto series, The Hyuga Clan is among the strongest. The Hyuga are a direct descendant of Hamura Otsutsuki, and they use the Kekkei Genkai from the Byakugan. Thanks to this incredible power, the Hyuga are known to be incredibly special. Over the years, the Hyuga clan of Konoha have developed extremely skilled Taijutsu abilities, with which they can shut down even the most skilled ninjas in seconds. The Senju Clan is one of Konoha's founding clans, and it goes without saying that they are incredibly powerful. When Konoha was formed, this clan was led by Hashirama Senju, who ended up becoming the village's first Hokage. After his death, Tobirama Senju, his younger brother, ended up becoming the Second Hokage, and he also made great strides in developing the village to the best of his ability.

The Senju clan continued all the way into the new era, and is the only clan to have seen three Hokages rise from it, with Tsunade Senju being the third, succeeding Hiruzen Sarutobi and Minato Namikaze as the Fifth Hokage of Konoha. The Senju are incredibly powerful, and that goes without saying. They are absolute monsters in battle, known to wield massive amounts of chakra, given their direct connection to the Sage of Six Paths. Unfortunately, in the Boruto era, the Senju clan seems to be practically extinct, but their influence in the world of Naruto cannot be underestimated.

The Uchiha clan is probably the most influential clan in the entire Naruto series, as it has produced some of the very strongest ninjas the world has ever seen. Like the Senju, the Uchiha are known to be one of Konoha's founding clans. It was a collaboration between the Uchiha and the Senju that led to the creation of this village in the first place. The Uchiha have never really been the leaders of the village, but it goes without saying that they have produced some of the most talented and powerful ninja in its history.
Madara Uchiha was certainly at the top when it comes to the strongest Uchiha, and the likes of Itachi, among many others, followed over the years. Sasuke Uchiha, the deuteragonist of the Naruto series, ended up being the strongest Uchiha of all time. Right now, he serves as the second Hokage of Konoha, next to Naruto Uzumaki. The Uchiha clan also has an incredible talent in Sarada, who plays a significant role in the next generation and aims to become the next Hokage.

Uzumaki clan

Strongest Member: Naruto Uzumaki
Arguably the strongest clan in the entire Naruto series The Uzumaki clan. Although this clan originally existed outside of Konoha, it was eventually decimated by the neighboring countries due to them becoming too strong. However, in Konoha, the Uzumaki clan is resurrected, thanks to Naruto.
Naruto Uzumaki, after marrying Hinata, had two children, Himawari and Boruto. Together, the members of the Uzumaki clan are so strong that they have established dominance among the shinobi of the entire village. Boruto on his own is strong enough to be labeled the greatest shinobi alive at this point, with Himawari not too far behind. Naruto stands tall as one of the greatest shinobi to ever live, and even Hinata is part of this clan right now. Although few in number, the Uzumaki clan is already extremely powerful, and they will grow even stronger in the future.
