Resident Evil Requiem puts an interesting spin on zombies, giving them routines that reflect their past lives. It adds a unique layer of strategy to exploring the Rhodes Hill Care Center, as you can manipulate and distract the infected to more easily maneuver around the tight corridors. There's even an achievement for getting one zombie to attack another, saving you valuable ammo, but you can take it even further than that.
As noted by @luscielia, if you lure the chef upstairs to the office above the kitchen, you can use the nearby blind zombie to kill him. All you have to do is throw a bottle at his feet. Sure, you could just use a Hemolytic Injector – it's less effort, no doubt – but it's incredible to see how strong this random zombie is considering it usually takes a few shots of Requiem to take down this Kitchen Nightmare. Honestly, I never would have imagined the IV stand to be more effective.
Chunk, Meet IV Stand. IV Stand, Meet Chunk.
Again, the chef is peanuts compared to Chunk, who the blind zombie can also take down. Grace really should have picked up that IV stand, huh? If you lure the zombie away to the doorway when Chunk reaches in and snarls at you, he'll take a few swings and kill him in one shot, even on Insanity – usually, to pull this off, you'll either have to unload Requiem on his face or stab him in the back with three hemolytic injectors.
Chunk can stun and knock over the blind zombie, so it's a bit of a gamble.
It looks like the blind zombie might have damage scaling issues, and I wouldn't be surprised if Capcom fixed this considering how much it downplays the mini-bosses that roam the medical center, but for future playthroughs, it's a good way to save resources and get through the east and west wings without having to worry about running into those two behemoths.
Now we just need to find a way to get the blind zombie all the way down into the basement so he can wipe out the girl – that would be a godsend for future Insanity races.
