Bringing in an Eevee Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen is a matter of going to Celadon City's mansion and taking the Poke Ball from the table on the top floor. Then just collect a Fire Stone, Water Stone or Thunder Stone to evolve Eevee into a Flareon, Vaporeon or Jolteon. Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen Evolution Stones can be found in various places in the games, but they can also be bought in Celadon City.
