How to open the examination room safe in Resident Evil 9
The Exam room security code is 30 (right), 10 (left), 50 (right). This means turning the wheel right until it says 30, then turning the wheel left until it says 10, then right again until it says 50, then press X/A to confirm:

Inside the examination room safe, you will find x3 Ancient Coins, which can be used to purchase additional upgrades in the West Wing Parlor.
If you want to find the security code for the examination room for your files or simply to discover the code in your own game, you need to head upstairs to the east wing, where in the southeast room, on a shelf, you can find a note containing the correct combination.
