From the shrine located in the middle of Sagano, go west to see a house inside which is a Spirit standing on top of a dead woman. Talk to the spirit, and she will tell you that there are rumors that mermaid meat can make you live 800 years, and her sons have gone to look for it, but never returned. You must search for them east of this region.

There is an enemy base heading towards your objective that you can clear out for additional rewards.

When you arrive at the search zone, you'll find some bandits and a Yokai around some corpses. Deal with them and loot the corpse to find out that the brothers encountered these bandits and ran away. Go further south inside Nishiichiand you will find one One Eyed Oni fight some bandits. Deal with the bandits first, then focus on taking out the Oni.

In the middle of the fight, another boss, Gakiwill jump in, and you must now kill both of these Yokai. Be careful of the area you fight in, as you can easily fall into the water or get shot, which will kill you.

After dealing with these Yokai, you can talk to the mother to complete the quest and reward yourself with Omamori of the brothers and Ninja's lock.
