The Heartopia The Winter Frost Event is in full swing, and it's a great time to try out some new snow-themed activities, find friends at concerts, whip up some chilly culinary delights, or update your winter wardrobe. With the new quests and quests, event themed “Fashionwave” items will reward yourself with, but they aren't always easy to buy.
The event store changes daily. However, there are other ways that Heartopia gives you a chance to secure your favorite frosty item. With a little help from your friends, you won't have to worry about being late to the party. Here's how the purchase option works for GD members.
Where to buy Fashionwave items
It is not always necessary to look for what you want. If objects, furniture, or clothing is stocked via Azure at the winter event area at Onsenberget, and if you have enough tokens, you can talk to her and complete the transaction as you would with any trader in the game. Azure is located between the bus stop Winter Utopia and the igloo.
There is also an option to update the shop to show new items, but it costs 2500 gold.

How to ask GD members for help
Sometimes you miss something in the Fashionwave Store. Maybe you don't have enough Fashionwave tokens, or you forgot to check that day, or you just don't think you want one until it's too late. You can always wait for it to cycle back again in the store, but there is no guarantee that this will happen, or if it will even happen.
If this happens to you, all is not lost. You can actually see who else in the game has the item you want and can request their help in buying it for yourself. When you are in the Fashionwave Store, select the Buy by DG Member Friends tab and then select the item you are looking for on the right.
Once you find the item, you look at the bottom of the page the players who currently own the item. Select the person you are asking for help from and add them as a friend or just track them on the map. Once they have accepted and/or you find them, you can ask for their help. After you approach them, you will see two or three icons. Select the right icon (or the middle if you are friends) to open Fashionwave's sell or buy options.
To request the items, select the cart icon on the right side and select the items you want. If the person agrees to help you, the action will consume 30 energy from them, so offering them some food before or after often helps seal the deal. Since you can request help from other GD members, they can also request help from you.
When you request help to purchase a Fashionwave item, you are not purchasing the GD members' actual product, just as they are not purchasing yours. You simply help them by having the item in your possession and spending the energy to help them buy one of their own.
