Goku's 7 Strongest Techniques in Super

Goku might not be the most creative when it comes to his techniques, but you can't deny that he makes the most of his moves, whether borrowed or original. Goku has the biggest arsenal of attacks in Dragon Balland we've seen him use his abilities to turn the tide in battle time and time again.

It is no different in Superwith Goku innovating and improving on classic techniques. These aren't all finishers, but they're still some of the strongest moves we've seen Goku use Super and the series overall.

Dragon Ball: Goku's 8 Strongest Kamehameha's, Ranked

Goku has used many different Kamehamehas over the years, but these are the strongest.

Inner flame

GokuUIScream

Energy Waves gets all the attention Dragon Ballfrom the Kamehameha, to the Special Beam Cannon and the Galick Gun, they are some of the most recognizable and impactful techniques in the series. But Kiai are just as important in battle, and while they may not be recognized when used in combat sequences, they are common in every fighter's arsenal.

Goku's Inner Flame is one of the strongest Kiai in the series. While in Ultra Instinct Sign, Goku lets out a loud scream and channels his energy into a massive shockwave that knocks his enemy away. It's a more defensive technique, but it also acts as an energy kick for Goku, giving him a second wind in battle.

Floating fist

Dragon-Ball-Super-Episode-116-00095-Goku-Ultra-Instinct

There is nothing remarkable about this attack. It's just a simple Kiai that Goku uses in Ultra Instinct Sign and Perfected Ultra Instinct. But it's still incredibly effective.

Goku manages to take advantage of his Ultra Instinct and deliver a powerful melee attack, followed by a shockwave from the end of the attack. The attack can hit from afar and not lose its power in the process. It's not a finisher, but a strong combo that Goku can use to quickly turn things around in any battle.

Wild Dance Holocaust

Wild_Dance_Annihilation_Anime

Wild Dance Annihilation is another version of Soaring Fist, where he only uses the attack in his Perfected Ultra Instinct form. It is very similar to the original, but with more power behind it and is used as part of a combo.

Goku performs a backflip as part of the combo, using his Soaring Fist technique right after. But this time he doesn't just send out one shockwave, but several at a time. This increases the amount of damage he can do in one attack and also forces his opponent to deal with a myriad of attacks at once.

Destructo Disc Hexa Blade

Ddhexa1-1

We all know Destructo Disc is Krillin's move. But you know Goku, he loves to “borrow” techniques. As he does with most of the learned moves in his arsenal, Goku improved upon the original in a big way.

The Destructo Disc Hexa Blade initially looks like a regular Destructo Disc, with Goku sending out the terrifying energy wave at his opponent. However, similar to the Destructo Disc Triple Blade, it splits into multiple discs after being launched. However, instead of a Destructo Disc that splits into three, the Destructo Disc Hexa Blade splits into five, each capable of nullifying the user's target.

Kamehameha Blaster

Kamehameha_Blaster_2

Goku and Vegeta brought out their A-match against Broly, and while the Kamehameha Blaster is a cool technique, it wasn't enough to really affect the Saiyan berserker. As the name suggests, it's a variant of the Kamehameha, but it's not the strongest version of the attack Goku has in his arsenal.

Rather than raw power, the Kamehameha Blaster is better used to overwhelm opponents with a powerful ki barrage. He uses the attack on Broly, who seems to handle it well enough. It's not the most concentrated version of the Kamehameha, but it still manages to do some damage.

Universe 7's Spirit Bomb

U7_Spirit_Bomb-1

The Spirit Bomb is Goku's most well-known technique next to the Kamehameha. However, despite being often used as a finishing move, Spirit Bomb has a rather spotty track record, mainly due to the long time it takes to charge up.

Universe 7's Spirit Bomb is a stronger variant of the original, powered up by everyone on Team Universe 7 except (of course) Vegeta. It's a more concentrated version of the original, with the universe's strongest fighters exclusively lending their energy to it. But just like the original, it doesn't quite deliver as you might expect.

Supreme Kamehameha

Supreme_Kamehameha_5-2

As the name suggests, the Supreme Kamehameha is the strongest version of the iconic technique. At least it's the strongest version used by Goku. Like most Kamehamehas, it's an incredible, visually stunning finisher that showcases Goku's off-the-charts power.

Goku uses this version of Kamehameha in Ultra Instinct Sign and Perfected Ultra Instinct. He charges an incredible amount of energy in preparation for the attack, then launches a massive blue energy wave that dwarfs most other Kamehamehas that have come before it.
