Dragon Ball: Age 1000 is the latest video game in the Dragon Ball series, but very little is known about the series other than its title and the design of the unnamed protagonist. Officially revealed at Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri, a new Dragon Ball video game will be released next year 2027.
Both Broly and Cheelai were introduced in Dragon Ball Super: Brolyand sparked an instant connection. While Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero teases a romance between Beerus and Cheelai, the crush appears to be completely one-sided, while Cheelai and Broly care deeply for each other. Dragon Ball never prioritized romance, but it would make sense for Broly & Cheelai to end up together; and Dragon Ball: Age 1000The main character can be living proof that they do.
Dragon Ball: Age 1000's main character shares many design similarities with Broly & Cheelai

When the Dragon Ball Super anime officially returned, fans expected news of Toyotarou's manga comeback, but things look bleak for the manga's future.

The main character Age 1000 can also become Super Saiyan, confirming that he is related to the Saiyan in some way. From Dragon Ball Superthere are only three Saiyan families in Universe 7: Goku's, Vegeta's and Broly's, so the protagonist of Age 1000 must come from one of those three lines, with surface evidence pointing to Broly.
Making Age 1000's Protagonist connected to Broly, give the story more potential
Although there is some evidence for the main character Age 1000 could be descended from Goku's family (mainly the Goku reference in the trailer, and the heavy implication that the main hero wears a Great Saiyaman outfit), would be related to Broly Dragon Ball: Age 1000s story the most narrative potential. Not only would it confirm that Broly and Cheelai do indeed end up in a romantic relationship, as the series has been slowly building up, Broly's background gives the new character a lot to work with.

It would also allow him to unlock the legendary Super Saiyan transformation along the way, which is treated as a unique form in Dragon Ball Supers lore. Being descended from Broly and Cheelai would also do Age 1000the protagonist the first hybrid Saiyan who is not half-human, which helps him stand out from Gohan, Goten and Trunks.
