Where to find protectorate traitors in the outer worlds 2
You start For whom the bridge tolls off approaching Chief Warden Weintraut at the bridge's southern entrancebut make sure you keep your eyes open on the ground if you go off-road: the area is heavily mined. When you talk to her, she gives you the opportunity to hand over two protectorate traitors, Ida Rutledge and her cousin, Charlton Weintraut.
How to find Ida Rutledge in The Outer Worlds 2
To reach Ida you have to go to Spire Grove. To get there you can either fix the lift up the mountain with Engineering 3 or circle the mountain to find a route you can jump on. For the latter, follow the mountain (when you look at the elevator) to the right all the way around to the other side and jump over the rocks. The best place to do this is between Spire Grove and Crabbing Tower on the west coast of the island.
When you get to the marked spot, you see a man jumping to his death from a great height. Loot his body for the BLE boots that allow you to double jump before examining the conveyor belt and picking her up Grisly severed arm. This is proof enough for the Elder Warden that one of her traitors has already met his end.
How to find Charlton Weintraut in The Outer Worlds 2
Charlton can be found in Westport (or possibly Fairfield, depending on how you progressed with the Brain Benders of Auntie's Choice quest), but go first to his home in Westport.
Once inside, examine his terminal for evidence of his love of Auntie's Choice merchandise, then confront him with what you've discovered. You need number 3 to send him to the bridgethough: unfortunately, the offending smear of Purpleberry Krunch around his lips isn't enough by itself.
When you're done, return to the Senior Warden to finish the quest and gain access to the northern part of Paradise Island.
