Although her powers usually require attraction to work, she can also petrify her enemies without using this ability. Even Yonko Blackbeard chose not to fight Hancock directly, clearly stating that he would immediately turn to stone. This just proves that Hancock can definitely defeat an Admiral.

In fact, he was even able to overpower the strengthened Harald who was far stronger than even the Pirate King Roger.
