Boruto turn on Momoshiki's power against Mamushi certainly came as a surprise to most fans. It has been previously seen in the story that Boruto had made a pact with Momoshiki. In exchange for giving him access to the Otsutsuki power, Boruto would give up his body. But hardly any fans expected him to use this power against Mamushi.
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29, he will most certainly let loose the power of Momoshiki's karma to kill Mamushi once and for all. However, it won't be that easy for him.
It's already pretty clear to see in the story that Mamushi is a beast himself. For starters, he could keep up with Boruto, and he's already known to be above the code level. His ability to make real clones of himself without losing chakra or strength is going to be troublesome, and Boruto Uzumaki will most certainly be fighting him for now.
Mamushi's true power will finally be revealed
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29 is going to be absolutely huge for Mamushi also. So far, he has not revealed any of his true powers. All fans know is that he can split multiple times without losing chakra or power, with only his intelligence going down each time he splits.
Mamushi will undergo division. It's one of his abilities, and there's almost no limit to how many he can become. They are completely different from Shadow Clones. Each of them is a real male. It's time to admit that Naruto Uzumaki has been ruined in Boruto
Boruto has been a disaster for the legacy of its predecessor, Naruto.
But Mamushi surely has more in his arsenal than just that. Mamushi's full abilities will finally be revealed to fans in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29, meaning that even if Boruto uses the first stage of his Karma, he can still be pushed back.

While Boruto and Mamushi will be the highlight of the upcoming TBV Chapter 29, it must also be remembered that there are other players who will be looking for greater involvement here as well. For example, Sarada Uchiha and also Kawaki will come into play at some point in this arc.
It also seems that Inojin will be involved in some way or form in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29, and so will Himawari. Of course, one absolutely cannot forget Eida and Daemon, both of whom are key in this arc of Boruto.

Perhaps a confrontation between Sarada and Hidari will be set here, meaning Jura will be free to pursue Himawari or anyone else in this arc as it goes along. No matter which way this story continues, fans know that the upcoming Boruto chapter will be incredibly intense, with exciting battles with the likes of Boruto, Mamushi, Sarada, Jura, and possibly even Hidari all around.
