The first news about the special event between Detective Conan and the Sherlock Holmes Museum was announced back in September via the museum's official Instagram page, along with Instagram for cineasiauk. This post announced the “mystery word hunt” event in celebration of the release of Detective Conan: The Million-Dollar Pentagram in UK cinemas on 27 September. The event started on September 13.
Participation in the special Detective Conan the event is included with regular tickets to the Sherlock Holmes Museum, at no extra cost. Anyone with a ticket to the museum can get a Mystery Word Hunt card from the museum office and need to search for the four hidden keywords throughout the rest of the museum. The first 100 people to complete this challenge received a special Sherlock Holmes Museum gift (this has already been completed), and all participants who finish can receive an exclusive Sherlock Holmes x Detective Conan postcard. The special postcard shows the main characters from Detective Conan posing in front of a real picture of the Sherlock Holmes museum.
