Since the ARC destroyed humanity, trading, scavenging and black markets make up much of the shopping Arc Raiders. Even the most legitimate supplier may obtain weapons or other goods from a less reputable source in the end, but many, like Tian Wen, supplement their income and access through the black market or help from Raiders.
Staying at the top of the gun market in a world with so many gun-ridden raiders and a need for the best anti-ARC weapons means keeping supply lines open and finding better loot than your competition. Tian Wen wants to secure her spot as Speranza's go-to woman for weapons, or at least get better inventory, so it's time to see where everyone gets their stuff at The Blue Gate.
Where to find the armored patrol key card
Armored Transports is another mission from Tian Wen, and that's it unlocked by completing previous assignment, A new type of plant. For this mission you must go to the Blue Gateand specifically to Checkpoint region in the center of the map.
The Checkpoint can potentially create at least two bastions, one outside and one inside, so you should come prepared with extra shield chargers and bandages in case they attack you, or explosives if you intend to kill them and get their Bastion Cells.
When you arrive you arrive complete the first mission's objectiveand now you must do it find the sentinels in the area. These will be small shacks outside the outer gates part of the checkpoint, near the bar gates.
Enter last sentinel on the left of the Checkpoint with no cars outside it, and you will see one set of yellow folders on the desktop. Search through them to do mission specific Patrol Car Key dropand make sure that put it in your Safe Pocket so it doesn't get lost.
This questiont doesn't have to be completed in a single round, so if you're short on time, you can just cash out and keep the key with you for the next timeor get a second key from the guardhouse if you lose the first.
Where to find the armored personnel carrier
Now you have to find the armored car. Its past the outer gates and in the Trafiktunnel area that runs under the upper part of the Blue Gatealong with the maintenance and security wings.
Go past the first armored cars with open hatches while watch out for the few Fireballs and Pop Rollers that will roam the area, and you will find one with a closed back further into the tunnel, next to some concrete dividerpp.
Run into the maintenance room to the right of the entrance if you need cover from a bastion or if multiple enemies rush you while you're trying to find that tank. You can close the door for complete security from the center of the areaand take them out slowly or wait until they lose aggro.
Use the patrol key to open up the back of the car to complete the final goal, then you are free to raid the gun case in the back of the truck for one chance at some rare weapons and modssuch as osprey.
Extract and return to Speranza when you're done, then talk to Tian Wen to exit the quest. As a reward you get some EXP, unlock Blue Yellow color for Aviator Outfitand receive three smoke grenades and three defibrillators.
