If you have spent any time in Arc Raidersthen you know how valuable loot can be. From the humblest of crafting materials to the most epic weapon components, everything can be repurposed for your use. What better place to get materials than a secret bunker hidden underground in humanity's last known port?
The Hidden Bunker event is a special event that only appears at specific times of the day. Embarking on a journey to find it requires careful preparation and lots of luck. You'll likely team up with other attackers to take out the entire bunker for all it's worth, but watch out for backstabbers ready to take everything you've collected.
How to unlock the hidden bunker
The Hidden Bunk is a condition that currently only appears at the spaceport during specific times, much like Night Raids. However, these times are limited to real time zones. For example, Hidden Bunker can be found at 04:00 UTC, 10:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC. This may make it difficult for casual players to experience it, but rest assured, it is possible.
Participating in the Hidden Bunker event is optional, but it is recommended that you do not load into this map unless you plan on raiding. Otherwise, activate the regular Spaceport map.
The Hidden Bunker map is only available for about an hour at a time, so if you're quick you can maybe run it twice before it's gone. Otherwise, you really only get one shot per window to unlock this treasure trove and clear it out.
When you arrive at the spaceport, the event officially begins. You will receive a notification that it is available a hidden bunker on the map, filled with loads of loot and data. But that's it heavily guarded by Arc unitsso bring your best gear and come ready to fight.
If you are worried about losing your equipment, take a free load into the match to get used to the layout and feel of the mission – just know that you likely won't be providing much support to other raiders on the map.
Where to find the hidden bunker antennas
There is four antennas that unlock the hidden bunker, and their locations are scattered around the roof of the spaceport. The exact locations are random for each session, but they are marked on your map. Generally, there is one in each direction: north, south, east and west. Look it up and find creative ways to get to them!
You don't have to activate each antenna yourself, and it is possible that other attackers have already activated several when loading. You know when they do, like a message is displayed for all active attackers about which of the antennas has been activated.
To activate the antenna, climb up to the roof and interact with the console at the base of the antenna. Wait for the console to create a secure connectionwhich takes a few seconds. In the meantime, fight Wasp and Hornet Arc units who comes to investigate the noise. After they have been treated and the connection is completeinteract with the console once more to activate the signal.
It can be difficult to find cover on an open roof, so act fast and try not to fall off!
When all four antennas are activated, a message will appear warning all attackers about it Hidden Bunker is now open. It's a race to the bottom of the bunker, but that's easier said than done. Depending on where you spawned on the map, you'll either have a short jaunt to the location or a long and terrifying trek across the sand. Make sure you watch your step, because it's dark out and you don't want to get into trouble unprepared.
Try to conserve your ammo for the fight to come, as the wasps and hornets that survey the rest of the map aren't worth the effort.
Hidden Bunker Location
The Hidden Bunker is located in the southwest part of the map, between the fuel processing plane and fuel linesjust south of the departure building and nearby elevator. The bunker is hidden in a hill, but you will recognize it lights outside it.
When you arrive, you are not alone. Bombardment and Bastion units will crawl around the entrance, with wasps and hornets in tow. Beware of Snitches flying overhead, as they will call in additional reinforcements. There aren't many places to hide, so make sure you use a lot of explosives and heavy ammo to break through the bow armor and bring them down. Bring a strong shield and several ways to charge it. Don't do it forget about looting fallen Arc units for parts you can use in a snap!
Sure, you can always sneak in, but where's the fun in that?
Everyone can loot Bombaries and Bastion when they are down, and there is more than enough loot to walk around. Team up to get past the hidden bunker quickly or slide past them in the chaos to get first pick of the loot. Just be prepared for consequences, whether that means a bullet in the back or a tick lunging at your face.
What to do inside the hidden bunker
When you finally get in, it's time to get to work. There is eight different consoles placed inside the bunker on different floors, and you need collect the data from all of them. To do that, walk up and interact with the consoles to start downloading data. The terminals will have lights on them, so you can easily pick them out.
The lights will change depending on what stage they are in the download process. Red lights mean the data is ready to be downloaded, yellow lights mean the download is in progressand green lights mean that data can be collected.
Stay close to the terminal to ensure the data is downloaded!
While you're in the bunker, feel free to do so pry open the cabinets and tear the place apart for parts and resources. Just be careful! There is Ticks and other smaller Arc units insideand they are hard to see in the dark. Clear communication is the key to a successful Hidden Bunker raid.
Once you've gathered all the data, it's time to head out. Be careful of the entrance when you go back the way you came, as you likely will face more arch reinforcements. If you can't take them out, try sneaking around them. When all else fails, the nearest lift is approx. 100m to the north of the bunker. If you can sprint halfway, you can crawl the rest of the way and do it in time to extract.
You will get plenty of excellent rewards for downloading data and looting the bunkerso do what you have to so you can extract safely! Otherwise, you'll lose everything, and there's nothing worse than losing a warehouse full of epic rarities and materials.
