Nintendo Switch 2 Players have eight big games to look forward to in October 2025 so far. Switch 2 was launched with an impressive set of games including the critically acclaimed Open World Racer Mario Kart World. Just over a month later, Donkey Kong Bananza scourge Pull x drive launched in August. September has not presented any Switch 2-exclusive editions, but this has expanded the new console library with major third-party games.
In September Switch 2 players have been treated with games like Star Wars OutlawsThe Cronos: The New Dawnand of course the loved one Hollow Knight: Silksong. Silk song is one of the highest -ranked new game publishing of the year, and so September 2025 has undoubtedly been a big for Switch 2, but October is forming to be even livelier.
There are at least eight major new gaming issues coming to Switch 2 in October 2025. The month begins with Borderlands 4 on October 3 followed by YOKA-PLAYEE October 9, Small nightmares 3 October 10, Pokemon Legends: ZA October 16, Persona 3 reload on October 23 and Dragon Quest 1 and 2 HD-2D remake and Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection On October 30. Finally, the new Switch 2 release for October 2025 will end with My The HollowerThe debut on October 31.

Borderlands 4 Released earlier this month for PC, PS5 and Xbox, so Switch 2 players will play some catch-up with the Gearbox software's new looter-shooter. Borderlands 4 On Switch 2 should be relatively the same experience as on other platforms, although it comes with a fairly significant catch. Unfortunately, Borderlands 4 At Switch 2, support for split screen does not support. This is disappointed for sure, but the core Borderlands 4 Experience should still keep the fans very busy on Switch 2.
Although there are some exceptions to the rule, Nintendo tends to release at least one large new exclusive game every month, and in October, Pokemon Legends: ZA Fills that role. Pokemon Legends: ZA Technically is a Switch 1 game, but it will have an improved Switch 2 port that contains better performance and graphics. The definitive way to experience Pokemon Legends: ZA Will be on Switch 2, but the fans should note that the version of DO costs $ 10 more.
Switch 2 players will end the year strong. In addition Pokemon Legends: ZA Release on October 16, fans can also look forward to Hyrule Warriors: Age of Jail November 6, Kirby Air Riders on November 20 and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond December 4th.
