Naughty Dog can reveal a new trailer for Intergalactic: The herethern Prophet Soon, if a newly published job list for a gameplay capture artist is a sign. Fans of the award -winning studio has made a new look at Intergalactic: The herethern Prophetwhich was first announced eight months ago.
Being Naughty Dog's first new IP in over a decade, Intergalactic: The herethern Prophet'S reveals at the Game Awards, in December 2024, came as a much needed fresh air and was immediately surrounded by significant hype. Unlike the developer's previous titles, such as the post-apocalyptic The last of us or Indiana Jones-Sca Uncharted Series, its new project is a sci-fi action adventure game on a foreign planet. Back in May, the Neil Druckmann-directed title confirmed Tony Dalton as part of his prominent role, which also contains Tati Gabrielle in the central role of Jordan A. Mun. Now another development suggests that a new look at Intergalactic May be on its way sooner than later.

A new job list by Naughty Dog revealed that it is currently looking for a gaming artist who can create “video and still assets for use in public campaigns.” The job description mentions that the temporary role involves recording both cinematics and games to produce a game's story and nuclear elements. Although the job does not mention a specific game, it says that the studio is “currently busy” with Intergalactic: The herethern ProphetS development. Interestingly, the company also used a picture from the upcoming game to market the post on Twitter, which led to several fans speculating on a new trailer with more games.
Currently Naughty Dog has two confirmed projects in the pipeline, one of which Intergalactic: The herethern Prophet And the other is an unannounced IP. So there is definitely a chance that the above role could be attached to the latter game. However, the noticeable emphasis on IntergalacticEspecially in the company's social media post for the job, it strongly suggests that the fans' assumption can actually be true. Either way, given the time of the event, it seems reasonable to expect the trailer in question to be shown at the Game Awards – scheduled for December 11 – or at a Playstation exhibition in the near future.
Before any of that happens, players have another important day to look forward to, with Gamescom, which takes place on August 20-24. Although Playstation may not participate in it once again, the console giant's rival, Xbox, is expected to reveal more information about its upcoming Asus-partnered handheld computers during the event.
