There are seven clues for Mortal Kombat 1 players to solve in Season 8 of Invasions, the first of which is called SHARK WEEK. Players will be able to find the SHARK WEEK Clue at the Hard to See Node in Rampart Mesa, located near the Forge to the right of the area's first Mortal Kombat 1 mini-boss.
Like all other Season 8 Clues, players will need to use one of the newly added Animalities to solve SHARK WEEK. Those unfamiliar with the new finishers may be a little lost here, but anyone who has taken a moment to check them out should already have a pretty good idea of what Mortal Kombat 1 Animals they need to use.
How to solve the SHARK WEEK Clue in Mortal Kombat 1
To complete the SHARK WEEK Clue in Season 8 of Invasions, players must do so in front of Johnny Cage's Open the Beaches Animalitywhich can be done by pressing Back, Forward, Back, Forward while standing at medium distance. If done correctly, Johnny will transform into a shark and recreate an iconic scene from the movie Jawsafter which the encounter will end and the debris that had previously blocked the player's path to the Klue chest will be destroyed.
SHARK WEEK Klue Rewards
Inside the SHARK WEEK Klue Chest, players will find Ashrah's raging remorseful skina Gold cage cointhe Skulls of Power Rare Talismanand 100 seasonal credits. Players can use the latter to purchase seasonal cosmetics from the Seasonal Store or, starting this season, unlock new Brutalities, with two available for each Kombatant. As for the Gold Cage Coin, players can use this to enter the Arc-Cage Node they passed a bit earlier, which requires them to destroy a Mortal Kombat 2 arcade machine in exchange for a few more season credits.
