Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Tells about the captivating story of an endless battle between the forces of good and evil. As important as the characters who fight for the bigger are, they would not have been the same without the evil. The series has several dangerous villains, each with a twisted worldview that causes them to commit abominable crimes.
The villains often express their bizarre ideology as they fight against the demon's killings in a life-or-death fight. Each of their statements reveals trauma or a deeply rooted belief system. While a great deal of them is memorable, These are the best villain quotes from the series.

“We will pay back you for what you did to us”
Gyutaro to the tone uzui
- Manga: Chapter 88
- Arc: Entertainment District Båge
When Gyutaro struggled the tone Uzui after the latter beheaded Daki, he promised to take revenge on Demon Slayer. In his furious state he screamed:
I will collect what depends. We will pay you back for what you did to us! And when you lie, don't forget … that it was Gyutaro who sent you to life after life!
While Gyutaro's words reflected his emotional state at that time, when the battle ended, it was finally revealed that it also emphasized something much more unfortunate. The brother-sister duo had been exhausted and bullied by society during most of its early lives. The wounds that have been imposed on their bodies and souls have lived with them even after they were transformed into demons.
Gyutaro's quotes reflect his deeply rooted, revenge nature, shaped by the cruel experiences, which make him aveng by slaughtering every man he crosses roads with. He feels that his cruelty to people is motivated because they abandoned and tortured them until he lived.

Kaigaku to Zenitsu

Zenitsu and Kaigakus struggle in Infinity Castle was one of the most intense battles in the entire series. The two had trained together under the same champion, and Jigoro Kuwajima's death due to Kaigakus's decision had left Zenitsu heartbroken and furious. When he pressed an explanation, Gyutaro and Daki's compensation revealed in the twelve Kizuki how he had unconsciously encountered Kokushibo one evening.
To save his life, he accepted the offer to become a demon and betray the ideals set by his Lord. He motivated it by saying:
“Until you die you haven't lost. You can rub your face in dirt, you can lose your home or drink muddy water, people can curse you to steal money, but as long as you live on you can win a day. You will win. I have progressed with that throne.”
Outside of the context, Kaigaku's words may sound motivating, but with the right context they reveal a twisted survival way. For him, every man he ever met was just a farmer to be sacrificed for his survival and power. Kaigaku never regretted playing an important role in deaths for several innocent people. It was almost as if he was a demon even before Kokushibo turned him into one.

Doma to Inosuke

In Infinity Castle, when Inosuke confronted Doma, he was overcome by emotions. Realized that he was facing someone who killed his mother and friends made him shake with rage and sadness. When he told the demon that he would not only kill him but show him how true hell is, Doma spit on his comments.
In his typical cold and mocking tone he said:
“The reality is that even those who live upright and good lives encounter accident, while the wicked act as they want. They like themselves and live to the full life. The idea of divine punishment is a joke. Ot people who go to hell after death? If people did not think so, people with weak spirits could not continue, or how I think people are pathetic.”
Doma was honest as always. His wicked comments reveal that he really looked down at people. For him, they meant nothing but animals would be slaughtered and swallowed.

“Why in the world I was ever born?”
Kokushibo is reminiscent of Yoriichi

Kokushibo was once one of the strongest swords in his generation, but his quest to create a lasting heritage, combined with his desire to surpass his brother by making his technique perfect, pressed him to become a demon. But even though he gave everything, he still felt a deep emptiness and could not make peace with the fact that Yoriichi's wonderful talent exceeded everything he had ever achieved.
In his last moments he looked back on his life and admitted regrettable:
“I could never grab anything. Something at all. I abandoned my home. I abandoned my wife and child. I abandoned my humanity. I cut down my descendants and abandoned to be a samurai. But even everything that was not enough? I was ever born? Tell me … Yoriichi.”
When Kokushibo's body was broken down and disappeared, Yoriichi's flute was found in his Kimono. He had held it as a memorial all these centuries. His last words have deep sadness and regret, which also reveals the scary reality of being a demon. The powers he had collected over all these centuries eventually meant nothing, and it broke Kokushibo.

“I only despise the weak”
Akaza to Tanjiro

Ever since Akaza killed Kyojuro, Tanjiro has been waiting for the day when he would finally confront the demon for his crimes. He eventually gets his wish fulfilled when he meets the upper ranks in Infinity Castle. During the battle, when Akaza begins to mock Rengoku, it upsets Tanjiro, and he shoots back on his contemptible comments. Akaza claims he praises Kyojuro, but Kamado believes that the demon is just very bad and his mouth his dead companion. Akaza defends itself by saying:
“You misunderstand, Tanjiro. I only despise the weak. I only spit on weaknesses. Yes. Svings make me sick. It is the law of nature that they are weeds.”

Doma to Shinobu

In Infinity Castle, when Shinobu Kocho found Doma, she was shocked to find him to eat a girl alive while the body parts of several people lay lifeless around him. He was unopened by insect Hashira's shocked answers, and presented himself as the founder of Eternal Paradise Cult. He explained that his mission was to make people happy. Shinobu was understandably upset by his remarks and tried to familiarize him with the absurdity of the situation by claiming that the girl he would eat for help.
Doma smiled and replied, “So that's why I saved her.” He then went on to justify his actions by nonchalantly adding:
“You know, everyone is afraid to die. And that's why I eat them all. Now they have to live with me. Forever. All the feelings of my worshipers. Blood. I made sure to accept, save and guide them all for enlightenment.”
Domica's scary words were only the apathetic and twisted logic that dictates his worldview. It should not be surprised that other demons also do not trust him and look right through his feigned benevolence.
