Summary
-
Ultron's imminent contribution to Marvel -Rivals as a strategist has led to a new Fankeori.
-
The theory points to Thanos, which arrives at the guard list in the future, also as a villain.
-
The theory is rooted in that Loki and Ultron are the villains from the first two Avengers films, with Thanos who take responsibility in the third.
We are almost on the Halfway Point of Marvel Rival season two, which means a new character, and lots of tweaks and balances, will come our way. We have known for a while that the next new character will be Ultron, but it was not until the fans noticed similarities between Ultron and another strategy on the rival list, which led to a theory of who would come next.
Ultron will be a strategist, which, if you are familiar with what the evil AI can, can be a little surprising. The villain will hover over the battlefield and heal its allies. Ultron and Loki have this in common, apart from the floating part. Again, in MCU terms, which is what most fans are familiar with, Loki is more likely to do harm than good, thus the decision to make him and ultron characters that should be focused on healing a little odd.

Marvel Rivals adds some ridiculous team-up abilities for Jeff and Peni Parker during season 2.5
Marvel Rivals actually give us Jeff-Nado.
Twitter account Marvel Rivals Guides has pointed out that Loki is the most important villain in the first Avengers movie, and Ultron is the main threat that the earth's most powerful heroes need to deal with in their sequel, Age of Ultron. After that thread, they have spun a theory that a third Skurkish MCU strategist may be on its way for Marvel, that it is the crazy Titan Hellbent to reduce the universe population in half, Thanos.
Thanos will be added to Marvel —rivals eventually
He is inevitable
Not only do many other rivals players seem to agree with the theory, but they have shared some fun ways what Thanos is best known for could be integrated into his draw set. The best idea I have seen so far is Titan's ultimate to be his snap, wipe out half of his enemies, but also half of his allies at the same time. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. “
It would not be a very strategic-centered ult, so not entertainment with the theory. However, others have pointed out that the game lacks a Vanguard strategist, and Thanos fits the bill. Most of the game's current strategists are effective duelists with the ability to help others in terms of how much punishment they can take. A beef Thanos that holds the line while trying to keep everyone alive would be quite something.
This is all a theory for now, and if you are looking for a new healer you have to settle for Ultron as he flies into Marvel -Rivals on May 30. You may very well be hunting that has a replacement strategist if you are a Jeff Main, as Land Sharks' upcoming mid season has really upset his fans.
