According to Gege Akutami, Yuji's relationship with Sukuna is something similar to the relationship between Yuta and Rika. Just like Yuta has rich, Yuji has Sukuna inside him. Of course, however, Sukuna took a completely different path. The author then continues to compare the relationship between Yuji Itadori and Sukuna with Naruto and Kurama.
