The real end of Marineford Oda who never revealed, explained

Ace was rescued by Luffy, who risked his life for his brother and managed to go against the ship with him.

When the crew came away at a safe distance, BlackBeard would have appeared, stolen the devil fruit and given that the navy would have already taken too much damage at this time, they would not have persecuted him anymore, given the injury.

Blackbeard would have meant the new world with powerful power, and Whitebeard would definitely have died a heroic death by protecting its crew and all other pirates in Marineford alone.
