As shared by Takaya Imamura on Twitter, the legendary video game artist lifted two games he worked with, Star Fox: Assault and Steel divers: Sub Wars. He expressed his hope that both games will be made playable on Switch 2. Imamura's posts were accompanied by an illustration of Fox McCloud which holds a submarine.

Since it was released, Nintendo has taken several older titles to the Switch console, including Super Mario 64 and Metroid. However, there are still a lot of classic games in their catalog that have not been ported yet, and the upcoming Switch 2 can offer the perfect opportunity to bring some of these titles to modern systems.
