8 Strongest New Gen Ninjas In Two Blue Vortex, Ranked

The ninja world has changed quite a bit Borutobut one thing remains the same: every major village continues to produce strong and skilled ninja. Most of the strongest new gennin belong to the Hidden Leaf Village, but the Sand Village has also produced some capable fighters. Boruto: Two Blue Vortextakes place after a three-year time jump, and many of the strongest new gennin have become even stronger.

Several of these ninja can now be classified as Kage level or near Kage level. Many of them can now immobilize or outright defeat Claw Grimes and Sentient God Trees, all of which have the Rinnegan and Ten-Tails' chakra. Two characters really stand out as they possess Otsutsuki chakra and abilities, while another has quickly become a perfect Jinchuriki.

Araya

Before the time jump, Araya was one of Sand Village's best Genin, and he has gone on to become a top Chunin. He is the best puppet user of the New Gen, who was personally trained by Kankuro, the best puppet user of the previous generation. Sasori is one of Sand Village's strongest ninjas and a true puppet master, and Araya has already surpassed him in one respect.

Most doll users are at a disadvantage in close combat, but Araya has no such disadvantage as he is a master swordsman. It's actually his preferred method of combat. Iron Sand is still considered the Sand Village's strongest weapon, and Araya can control it with his sword, which is infused with Shinki's chakra. As a result, he can cut through special defenses and potentially damage a Sentient God Tree.

Shikadai Nara

There are plenty of Hokage level characters better than Shikamaru, but no one can deny the fact that Shikamaru is a genius with Hokage level skill. Shikadai has inherited his father's intelligence and tactical sense, but he has also inherited the blood of the Kazekage clan through Temari, which is why he is considered a prodigy by the Nara clan. Not only can he use the Nara clan's secret techniques, he excels at Wind Release.

Shikadai's talent was fully revealed during the Chunin Exams, where he was personally promoted by Naruto. He can capture multiple targets with his Shadow Possession Jutsu at once by expanding the range of the technique. During the time jump, Shikadai's abilities increased to the point where he can now create shadow nets and cages powerful enough to temporarily immobilize dozens of human god trees at once.

Shinki

Shinki is Gaara's adopted son, and it is clear that he will one day succeed him as the sixth Kazekage of the Sand Village. This would make Shinki Sand Village's strongest New Gen ninja. Of all the legendary Kage in the franchise, the third Kazekage is particularly strong because he created iron sand. Shinki is one of the few people in the world who can control it, and his skill is already on par with Gaara's sand manipulation.

As a Chunin, Shinki can even briefly subdue a weaker Otsutsuki clan member with his iron sand. He has also become strong enough to overpower a Kage-level ninja with his sand. The Sentient God Trees went out of their way to create another member using Shinki as a template. Although Shinki was consumed and immobilized, his chakra was strong enough to protect Gaara from the other God Trees.

Mitsuki

Mitsuki is a partial clone of Orochimaru, one of the strongest ninja in history, so it is not surprising that he has become a powerful New Gen ninja. Just like his “father”, Mitsuki possesses high chakra levels and a smooth and fluid fighting style. He can use snake-based techniques to restrain and attack others. Unlike Orochimaru, Mitsuki has mastered Sage Mode, and he is currently using one of the Naruto the franchise's strongest Sage Mode forms.

Mitsuki may not be as strong as Kawaki and Boruto, but his strength has increased significantly during the time jump. For example, Sage Mode is Mitsuki's trump card, and he can now use it for longer periods of time without any drawbacks. Thanks to all his training, Mitsuki can now hold his own against a Sentient God Tree like Ryu for a short time.

Sarada Uchiha

Sarada has inherited Sakura's immense strength and Sasuke's visual prowess. During the three-year time jump, she has become one of the few New Gen ninjas who can beat an Otsutsuki. She is skilled in Fire and Lightning Release and has already mastered her Sharingan. Sarada may not be able to defeat a Sentient God Tree one-on-one with a standard Sharingan, but she can take out Claw Grimes by herself.

Sarada awakened her Mangekyo Sharingan when Boruto was forced to escape from Leaf Village. With it, she unlocked Ohirume, a technique that summons multiple orbs that produce a powerful gravitational force. She can now destroy a Sentient God Tree by pulling them into an orb and causing their body to implode. As strong as Sarada has become, she will need to upgrade her Mangekyo to not go blind.

Himawari Uzumaki

Himawari inherited the Byakugan from Hinata, meaning she can see the chakra circulation system and hit its chakra points with perfect precision. She also seems to have inherited Naruto's life force and chakra. The synergy between her Uzumaki and Hyuga blood is the main reason the Nine-Tails resurrected inside Himawari. Himawari has not only become a Jinchuriki, she is already on her way to becoming one of the most powerful Jinchuriki in the franchise.

Himawari has already become a perfect Jinchuriki, meaning she has access to the tailed beast's immense chakra, but she can draw more of his power since they are more compatible. She can already use a Jinchuriki transformation that increases her strength and speed to the point where she can fight Jura, the strongest of the sentient god trees. Himawari can also produce the Tailed Beast Ball, meaning she now has the power to destroy an entire village with a single attack.

Kawaki

Kawaki is a modified Otsutsuki cyborg that was intended to be Isshiki Otutsuki's perfect vessel. The argument can be made that Kawaki is now as powerful as Jigen, one of the few characters to have defeated Naruto. He can alter his physiology due to the microscopic scientific ninja tools in his body. As a result, Kawaki can create large claws and biological arm cannons that produce deadly energy blasts.

Kawaki still has access to Isshiki's power via the Karma that Amado restored, and as a result he has basically become a complete Otsutsuki. Kawaki's physical abilities are not only enhanced, he can fly and use the Kokugan Eye Kekkei Genkai. Kawaki can use Sukunahikona god-law Shinjutsu to shrink and then enlarge objects at will, and can store things in a pocket dimension. Kawaki can wipe out Claw Grimes with ease, and he probably would have destroyed Jura if it weren't for his insane regeneration.

Boruto Uzumaki

Boruto is the main focus of the new era, so it's not surprising that he would follow in his father's footsteps by becoming one of the world's strongest ninjas. After training with Sasuke and Koji Kashin for more than three years, Boruto has become a master swordsman who can easily cut down Claw Grimes as if they were fodder soldiers. He has also mastered his own version of the Flying Thunder God Technique, which allows him to instantly teleport between specified locations.

Boruto can use virtually any new Rasengan variant, including the Rasengan “Uzuhiko”, which uses the planet's rotation and chakra to infuse jutsu with unlimited power. At maximum power, Boruto's Uzuhiko is a certain death technique that blows someone's body apart. If that wasn't enough, Boruto has access to Momoshiki Otsutsuki's chakra via Karma. With this power, Boruto can not only fight Otsutsuki-level threats, he can single-handedly destroy a village.
