The celestial dragons are major antagonists in One Piece series. These Tenryuubito are descended from the 20 Kings of the World, a group of leaders who took on the Ancient Kingdom during the Void Century in a massive war that ended with Joy Boy's death. The celestial dragons, for the most part, live in the sacred land of Marijoa on top of the red line and control the world from there. But not everyone identifies with the title. While most of those with heavenly blood live in Marijoa, others are in the world below, and some of them are incredibly overpowered.

Jewelry Bonney

• Celestial Dragon Family: Unknown

Bonney was first introduced in One Piece during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. There she was revealed as one of the 11 Supernovas, but her turn to shine really came in Egghead. In this arc, Bonney was revealed to be only 12. Not only that, but it was confirmed that Bonney is technically half Celestial Dragon. Bonney's mother, Ginny, met a dark fate that led to Bonney's birth, when she was kidnapped and exploited by the Celestial Dragons.

Ginny was only released after she contracted a deadly disease known as Sapphire Scale. After her mother's death, Bonney continued to be primarily raised by Bartholomew Kuma. It is unknown which Celestial Dragon family Bonney belongs to, but her connection to the World Nobles is certainly there. Bonney, despite being young, is incredibly strong. At only 12 years old, she already has two types of Haki. On top of that, her Toshi Toshi no Mi even lets her use Gear 5.

Shepherd Sommers

• Celestial Dragon Family: Shepherd

Saint Sommers is one of the most underpowered members of the ranks of the Holy Knights of God, but he is still strong, nonetheless. Sommers is the second known member of the Shepherd family after Ju Peter, and through the power of Iba Iba no Mi and his alliance, he stands as a terrifying enemy on Elbaf. That's even more the case after his transformation into Super Sommers with Imu's Omen power-up.

Sommers has been active within the ranks of the Holy Knights for years, at least since the God Valley, making him a seasoned fighter among those with the blood of the gods.

Rimoshifu Killingham

• Celestial Dragon Family: Rimoshifu

Saint Killingham is a currently active member of the God's Knights. At the moment, he is the only known member of the Rimoshifu family, one of the 20 royal families that reside in Marijoa.

Killingham is undoubtedly a strong soldier working under Imu. As a Holy Knight, he automatically gains some benefits through his Profound Alliance, such as infinite regeneration and superhuman strength. Killingham also has an overpowered Mythical Zoan known as Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Kirin that can turn any dream into reality.

Gunko Manmayer

• Celestial Dragon Family: Manmayer

Gunko was introduced in Elbaf together with Figarland Shamrock. Soon after, her Celestial Dragon name, Gunko Manmayer, was revealed. She is an odd case among the Celestial Dragons, and whether or not she truly has the blood of the gods is yet to be determined as her real name was revealed to be Shuri, with her origins dating back to Esperia. While Shuri is definitely not a Heavenly Dragon from her father's side, her mother, Candelle, may be one.

Anyway, Gunko himself is inducted into the ranks of the Holy Knights of God. She is incredibly powerful and one of the strongest Holy Knights around. Shamrock was confident that she could defeat an unchained Loki, despite the latter being comparable to a Yonko. Gunko has Aro Aro no Mi as well as a pact with Imu. Imu can even take over Gunko and wreak havoc.

Figarland Shamrock

• Celestial Dragon Family: Figarland

Figarland Shamrock is one of the most important characters in the Final Saga. This character was first fully introduced under Egghead after being hinted at in chapter 1121. Figarland Shamrock was revealed as Shank's twin brother, which came as a huge shock to fans, especially due to their contrasting personalities. As a Figarland, Shamrock has the blood of the gods, and the stark differences from Shanks come from their different upbringings after being separated during the God Valley Incident.

In a way, Shanks and Shamrock have the same potential, making Shamrock a Yonko-scale character, and maybe even beyond that, thanks to Covenant with Imu. Shamrock also has a Cerberus sword, which can deal lethal damage to most enemies. Exactly how strong Shamrock's Haki is remains to be determined, but he ranks among the strongest.

Five elders

• Celestial Dragon Family: Figarland, Shepherd, Marcus, Topman, Ethanbaron, Jaygarcia.

The Five Elders are a powerful force among the World Government, and they act directly under Imu's orders. After Imu, they are the strongest within the ranks of the Heavenly Dragons. Although not confirmed, the original members of the Five Elders seem to consist of some of the original kings who allied themselves against the Ancient Kingdom during the Void Century. They all have Celestial Dragon blood, and their power is almost unmatched One Pieceas seen with their unleashed abilities on Egghead.

Through their union with Imu, they possess overpowered Yokai abilities and infinite regeneration, as well as immortality. Even Luffy was unable to do any kind of damage to the five elders and had to resort to escaping Egghead. Their newest member, Garling Figarland, has terrifying potential as the father of Shanks and Shamrock.

Shanks

Shanks possesses Heavenly Dragon Blood, but he does not associate himself with the World Nobles. Instead, he is on the side of pirates and freedom. Shanks was born as a Figarland to Garling and a mysterious woman named Magnolia from God Valley. He and Shamrock are twins, but they were separated early on and led very different lives.

Shanks briefly returned to bond with Imu, but that link has long since been severed under mysterious circumstances. He is undoubtedly one of the strongest characters out there, even among the gods in the One Piece world. Shanks' Haki may be the most potent in the current era, as it has been directly compared to the Joy Boys.

Nerona Imu

• Celestial Dragon Family: Nerona

Imu is undoubtedly the strongest character with the blood of the Heavenly Dragons. His exact history is still unknown, but his existence dates back to the Void Century itself, where he lived side by side with the likes of Joy Boy and Nefertari Lily.

Imu is incredibly powerful as the final antagonist of One Piece, and the secret character pulling the strings from the shadows, he has descended upon Elbaf. Through it, fans have been given a glimpse of his power. With his Akuma no Mi, Imu wields demonic powers such as Domi Reversi, which allows him to turn enemies into enslaved demons, or Omen, which is a black fire that can defend and deal lethal damage, as well as boost allies. Imu seems almost unbeatable at the moment.
