Jutsus are one of the most important aspects of Naruto series. There are countless of them present in the series, and they range from E-rank all the way up to S-rank, with those considered the most powerful earning the latter classification. Even in this category there are certain jutsu that are treated differently due to their nature.
A handful of S-rank jutsu are considered forbidden, and they are usually forbidden because they harm the user when using them. They sometimes also require them to do something immoral. Among them is the Eight Inner Gates formation, which gives its users immense strength that can rival the power of the 5 Kages.
But such power also comes with a downside, and these jutsu take a heavy physical toll on the user. As a result, there are only four users of the Eight Inner Gates, making it one of the rarest jutsus in all Naruto series. Madara's name struck fear into the hearts of enemies and allies alike, as he was so unpredictable that no one knew what his next move would be. Throughout the course of the series, Madara has done the impossible several times, such as fighting an entire army solo and fighting the tailed beasts. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Madara truly showed the world the difference between him and the rest. With such strength and durability, he could have easily mastered such a technique.

Naruto rose from the depths of despair and became the hero the world did not deserve. His powers grew exponentially over the course of the series, thanks in large part to his willpower to overcome any obstacle. Naruto can use Perfect Sage Mode, which is something that even Jiraiya couldn't do. He later became a perfect jinchuriki of the Nine Tails and was able to use its power to its full potential. Nine Tails Chakra Mode made him physically superior to almost everyone, and his durability soared to insane heights.

Killer B's body is powered by the eight tails
For a large part of Narutos story focused entirely on the Hidden Leaf and its inhabitants, which is why fans knew very little about the other villages. Over time, as this changed, more and more interesting characters came into the limelight, one of them being Killer B.
