Where Winds Meet: Best Weapon Combinations

Single player

This combo is deadly in solo mode. You can cut through crowds, melt bosses and quickly move between attacks.

PvE

In PvE content, the Heavenquaker Spear and Strategic Sword combo performs exceptionally well as you can freely focus on damage while your team covers healing or crowd control.

PvP

In PvP, this weapon combination becomes even more dangerous. Strategic Sword's Bleed pressure forces opponents to constantly react, dodge, or disengage, while Heavenquaker Spear lets you punish their mistakes with big bursts.

Raider

The only mode where this combo drops slightly in performance is in raids. It's not bad by any means, but raid battles tend to favor burst damage rather than DoT.

Single player

The Infernal Twinblades + Mortal Rope Dart combo deals impressive damage and lets you chew through mobs with ease.

However, bosses will feel dangerous as this weapon set doesn't offer much survivability, but the general idea is to kill them before they kill you.

PvE

In PvE with teammates, this combo becomes much safer. If you have a healer or support allies, you can take down enemies and rely on your team to keep you alive while you take out mobs or elites.

PvP

PvP is where this combo gets really scary. Mortal Rope Dart allows you to close distances instantly and trap enemies. Once in range, the speed of the Infernal Twinblades can eliminate opponents before they even register the danger. It is one of the most explosive PvP settings in Where winds meet.

Raider

This is not the appropriate mode for Infernal Twinblades + Rope Darts as raids require consistency, survivability and the ability to survive. This combo forces you into melee range with no real defensive anchor, making you a liability.

Single player

The combination of Nameless Sword and Nameless Spear is perfect for bosses and tougher mobs. You have exceptional mobility, allowing you to weave around attacks, strike quickly and reposition without losing pressure. Both weapons are built for direct damage, so you consistently chip away at enemy health with crisp, clean hits.

PvE

In group PvE content, the combo blends well with different team compositions. You can safely jump in and out of combat, timing your damage windows while your allies handle stabilization. The nature of the weapon helps to quickly eliminate priority targets or focus bosses.

PvP

PvP is hands-down where this combination peaks. The mobility allows you to draw opponents, bait reactions, and chase players who avoid panicking too early. It's one of the hardest combos for opponents to nail because you're constantly switching between sword and spear range.

Raider

In raids the combo works well as long as you have a coordinated team. It's not the absolute best DPS, but with the right support and careful execution, it becomes a reliable and safe choice.

Single player

In singleplayer, this combo survives almost anything but struggles to kill bosses quickly. You will almost never die thanks to your heals, but when you face bosses the low damage becomes noticeable.

PvE

On the contrary, in PvE group games, this combination becomes one of the most important sets in the game. You can keep your entire party alive, heal through dangerous mechanics, and even revive fallen teammates.

In coordinated runs, a good Panacea Fan + Umbrella player can carry players through content they would normally fail.

PvP

In PvP, this weapon duo falls behind. Heals and revives don't provide enough offensive pressure to matter, and strong DPS players can rush you down before you get value. You may be able to frustrate inexperienced players, but experienced PvPers will simply overpower you.

Raider

In raids, this combination is mandatory. Every team needs it. The raid cannot realistically be completed without proper healing, and this setting is perfect for restoring the health of the entire party.

Single player

In single player it performs well but lacks the impact of melee focused DPS options. The distance helps keep you safe, but killing enemies feels slower compared to more aggressive combos.

In raider, Vernal Umbrella + Inkwell Fan is one of the best DPS options. You can survive more easily, contribute steady long-range DPS, and avoid many mechanics that plague melee builds.
