What was once a promising series of experiments, research and development, such as earthquake-proof housing and alternative energy sources, intended to help against ecological disasters, was abruptly stopped thanks to Mantikor. The people of Speranza have been working to recover what they can to help humanity despite the loss of information, and it seems another piece of the puzzle may be found hidden in the vaults of Stella Monti.
Where to find the right access station and seedbox key
Last Entry is another mission from Shani, and that's it unlocked by completing the previous mission in the chain, Furtive meetings. Also this one takes place in Stella Montisand the first thing you need to go is to ventilation shaft outside the seed vault.

Grab it and return to Speranza when you're ready, then talk to Shani in her shop. As a reward you get some EXP, unlock the White Indigo color palette for the Warden Outfitand the Blue Light Stick drawing.
