Finding Patrigio is an exercise in patience as there is no guaranteed way to get him to play, only places he frequents where he has a chance to appear every night. This is how this works.

Where to find Patrigio in Crimson Desert
Patrigio Location
IN Crimson DesertPatrigio can be found on the roads at night, between the hours of 12:00 and 04:00. Patrigio does not have a fixed route that he follows each day, meaning players cannot track him to an exact location.
From our tests, we have found Patrigio in the following locations:

Warning: Patrigio only spawns on paved roads marked on the map, never in the wilderness. If you're looking for him, stick to the roads.
Howling Hill Camp
Proceed to chapter 3 of the main story i Crimson Desert to unlock the Howling Hill camp, where the Greymanes will settle. After the camp is set up, Patrigio has a chance to appear at the camp entrance or on the mountain road just outside the camp that leads back to Hernand.
Kilnden workshop
The Kilnden Workshop is where you unlock the Kuku Pot during Chapter 4 of Crimson Desert. Patrigio has a chance to appear on the roads immediately west of this location.
Springtide Mill
Springtide Mill is located directly north of Howling Hill Camp, along the main road that loops around Hernand. Patrigio has a chance to appear when walking along this road at night.
Patrigio's locations mentioned above are only those we have been able to confirm through our own testing. Players have also reportedly seen Patrigio appear near the Sanctum of Benediction, Sunset Valley, and south of Demeniss, among other locations.

Best method to find Patrigio in Crimson Desert
The best method to find Patrigio i Crimson Desert are as follows:

Continue the game to chapter 3/4 and complete the faction quest Greymane to build the camp on Howling Hill.

Pass the time inside the Howling Hill camp until it is 23:58just before midnight, and make a hair save.

Wait until the clock strikes 00:00 (12:00) to reach midnight.
- Check if Patrigio has spawned the campnear the banner.

If he hasn't appeared, reload from the save you made in step 2.
- Repeat until Patrigio shows up at the Howling Hill camp.
The logic behind this is simple. Patrigio can only spawn in after midnightmeaning that if players make a save near one of Patrigio's confirmed locations right before the clock hits 12:00 and he doesn't show up, they can simply reload from that save over and over again until he does.
Because there is a strict limitation to pass time Crimson Desertis it not possible to immediately switch to midnight the following day to look for Patrigio. By making a save like this, players can easily bypass this obstacle and repeatedly reroll the odds for Patrigio to play in.
The Howling Hill camp is the best location for this method since it's available in the early game, and the location where you spawn after reloading the save is right next to where Patrigio spawns, meaning no travel time.
From the test, it seems that Patrigio doesn't seem to follow any rhyme or reason as to whether he will show up on any given night. You can go through 20 day/night cycles without Patrigio appearing once in any of his confirmed locations, only to find him three nights in a row afterwards. Because of this, the reroll method is needed to find him consistently.
