Hytale Bloodcap Mushroom Sites
You can find Bloodcap mushrooms in fall zones in forest biomes. But the thing about these mushrooms is that they only appear at night. This makes things a little easier as they glow bright red, so the next time you go out at night in these mini biomes, head towards the light. Of course, nighttime means you'll often encounter empty monsters, so gear up and get ready to defend yourself.
Blood capsule mushrooms also grow in the large hives in the desert biome. You can find these by looking for large, muddy patches of soil filled with oil and bones. Fungi of various kinds can be found growing on the surface. Blood pods don't seem to grow underground though, which is good because the hives are full of giant bugs that want to eat you alive.
Unless you really want to get Bloodcap Mushrooms in the desert, we recommend sticking to the forest zones or building a teleporter for fast travel. Scaraks are very deadly, so it's better to avoid them.
