If you've ever played any of the other Assassin's Creed -Rpgs you can go into Assassin's Creed Shadows Think you know what you can expect. It would be unwise, as there are actually a lot that have changed.

An important example of this is the more involved reprocessing system. Not only will you need to get XP for upgrade points, you must also actively explore the world and participate in activities.
Smoothing and mastery points
The first part of Assassin's Creed Shadows Leveling-Up system is one that will be familiar to anyone who has played an RPG. When you complete assignments, kill enemies, discover places and more, You will be awarded with XP that goes towards increasing Naoe and Yasuke's Level. Naoe and Yasuke share all the allotted experience pointsSo you don't have to worry about one going under plan.
Each time you reach a new level, You get a basic state increase for things such as harm and health and are assigned some mastering points. These control points are used in “Mastery” part of the menu to unlock new skills for both Yasuke and NAOE. Both have six skill trees each based on their weapons and individual playing styles.
Some side assignments and activities also reward mastery as well as xpSo they are well worth doing if you want to improve Naoe and Yasuke.
But when you go to the Masterry menu you may notice that many skills are gray. This is where the next part of the system comes into play – knowledge rankings.
Knowledge points and rankings
To gain access to higher levels, you will need to spend some time in Assassin's Creed Shadows' world and participate in some of its side activities. If you do, you will reward yourself with knowledge points that go towards increasing your knowledge ranking. Once you have reached a new knowledge ranking you can buy the skills included in that section.
In order to obtain knowledge, You must participate in activities marked in orange on the map. These include Kuji-Kiri like Naoe, Kata as Yasuke, finding lost pages, respecting shrines in a temple, plunders a chest in graves and completing the different “roads for” actively. By completing these activities gives you knowledge points, so they are well worth doing.
The easiest way to get knowledge points is by finding lost pages. Simply play as Naoe so you can easily reach them all and get some knowledge points.
As with mastery points, These knowledge points and rankings are shared between charactersAlthough they can be spent individually at Yasuke and Naoe. The point of this is to reward the player for being involved in the world and not just fast throughout history. The rewards are well worth it too, as many of the best abilities are hidden in higher knowledge.
