The Return to the Reik quest i Warhammer: Vermintide 2 takes players to the banks of the Reik River in search of a sword formerly owned by Markus Kruber's father. The map itself is pretty linear, but if you're looking for all the Tomes and Grimoires in Return of the Reik, you might have a tricky time given how well hidden they are. Warhammer Vermintide 2: Convocation Of Decay Tome And Grimoire Locations

Return to Reik Tome #1
The first Tome is near the beginning of the quest. Follow the shoreline and keep hugging the left side until you reach a waterfall. There is a sign there that leads to a troll cave. Follow the sign and enter the troll cave. You'll find a pile of bones and bodies in the middle, and on it are a bunch of supplies and the first Tome in Return to the Reik.
You'll also find a Bile Troll, which you should be able to take out fairly easily if someone on your team uses a strong boss-killing class like Bounty Hunter or Grail Knight.
Return to Reik Tome #2
Continue the normal path through the mission until you reach a large cave that you must blow up. Place a barrel at the entrance while fighting the Skaven, then proceed to the open area pictured above. The quest's second Tome is inside a chest tucked into a crevice along the edge of the path. Make your way around the cave, and when you get to the marked area, turn around and jump to the narrow path to reach the chest.
Return to Reik Tome #3 and Grimoire #1
The quest's final Tome and first Grimoire are in the dilapidated house in the forest near the riverbank. After clearing the cave, fight your way through the Rotblood camp to reach the house. You can destroy the boards blocking the entrance of the house with your weapons, but before doing so, first go over to the beach and look for a tunnel blocked by chains. Inside is a key that you will need later.
After getting the key, go back to the house and look for a hatch on the floor. Use the key to open it, then go down the stairs. The first Grimoire is on an altar.
After you grab the Grimoire, go to the second floor of the house. You'll find the final Tome under one of the beds.
Return to Reik Grimoire #2
The second and final Grimoire is found on a Skaven ship. To reach it, you must board the Shadowship anchored near the fallen house and then fight enemy ships until you get the chance to board a Skaven ship.
When one of the Skaven tries to board your ship, board theirs instead. Then turn right and look for the Grimoire stuck on the roof near the ship's chimney.
That was it for all the Tomes and Grims in Return to the Reik. At the end of the match you get the best odds of getting the best gear Vermintide 2.
