Upcoming PS5 game looks exactly like animal transition

A game has appeared in the PlayStation store that looks exactly like popular Nintendo -Franchise Animal crossing. In addition to having an extremely similar art style, the description of the game can easily be used to describe Animal intersection: New horizons.

A rumor believes that Nintendo will reveal a new animal transition game in July 2025

Unfortunately, Copycat games on digital distribution platforms have become common in recent years. Some of them are RIP-offs with a little in common with the actual game in addition to the title, while others do a decent job of replicating the game's game, but in both cases the developers usually try to take advantage of players who stumble over their game instead of the real.

Animal cutting-like PS5 games appear online

Now, a game called Anime by online Has appeared in the Playstation store. The title may be enough to raise some eyebrows, but the real question is the description of the game and the accompanying image, which is obviously similar to the art style that exists in Animal crossing. The picture shows a cartoon that jumps up in the air with hills and trees in the background, with such strong similarities in the art styles that it could easily be mistaken for an advertising image for an upcoming Animal crossing game. The description describes a solo/co-op game with up to 10 players, with games that revolve around building a home, decorating, growing crops and catching fish. The game also claims that multiplayer over platforms will be available when the game is launched in 2027. Strangely it seems extremely like another Animal crossing Copycat -games called Anime Life Simwhich disappeared from the Playstation store after being discovered earlier in 2025.

Playstation stores

Apart from that, nothing else has been said about the game. A small excavation, however, reveals that the person listed as his developer, Wisnu Sudirman, also has a second game listed in the Playstation store that may look familiar. That game, called Rotad: SurvivalLocated in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity tries to survive the results of bacteriological warfare. The only picture looks very much like The last of usWith greenery as past a city landscape. In this case, the store list even refers directly to The last of ussays its players would probably enjoy Rotad: SurvivalLike a discharge that mentions that no entry into copyright is intended.

Animal Crossing New Horizon's player discovers new fishing trick.

While the visual similarities with Rotad: Survival can be explained if the game uses purchased Unreal Engine assets, Anime by online don't have that apology. It seems unlikely that it will actually be released, at least with its current appearance. Nintendo is known for being extremely litigious to everything that offends its IPs, making the similarities with its wild popular Animal crossing Franchise extremely risky.
