Sarada Uchiha is a monstrously powerful individual who recently awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, and as such is at a very high level of strength, comparable to some of the greatest monsters in the world. However, her aura of invincibility was shattered Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 32, which showed her greatest weaknesses. While Sarada's overall potential is very high Borutoshe still has a long way to go, and her Mangekyo Sharingan weaknesses can be easily exploited in battle.
Boruto: Best Fights In The Anime, Ranked
The Boruto series is laced with captivating battles and exciting fights. Here's a look at some of the best in anime.
The heavy physical toll of the Mangekyo Sharingan
It's no surprise to know that the Mangekyo Sharingan takes a toll on the user. When it was first revealed via Itachi Uchiha, it was clear that he was slowly going blind with each use of his Mangekyo Sharingan. Likewise, Sasuke Uchiha went blind even faster in the story, and by the time of the Five Kage Summit, he was already deeply injured and had blurred vision. As such, Sarada Uchiha suffering from the same side effect is no surprise.
The Mangekyo Sharingan takes a toll on the user, and the fact is that Sarada's Ohirume is even more overwhelmed than Itachi and Sasuke's abilities. As such, it makes perfect sense for her to go blind incredibly quickly, but this is a huge weakness of hers that the latest Boruto chapter focused on.

Why Ohirume overuse is Sarada's greatest weakness
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 32 confirmed to fans that Sarada Uchiha is not invincible after all. Although her Ohirome technique is very powerful and can let her defeat almost any enemy that stands in her way, it takes up a lot of chakra. Sarada taking on multiple clones of Mamushi in battle at the same time means she uses up a lot of chakra. She cannot use this jutsu multiple times at that level.
I can take about 30..not 50 of them at once. — Sarada Uchiha, Boruto: TBV Chapter 32
Earlier, Sarada used her Mangekyo Sharingan to take care of about 16 clones of Mamushi at once, and this was already blurring her vision. In the latest chapter of the manga, Sarada was asked to take on around 50 Mamushi at once with her Mangekyo Sharingan. Before she could even accomplish this feat, her chakra reserves ran out and she completely passed out. This reveals her greatest weakness in battle. Sarada's low chakra reserves prevent her from using the Ohirume multiple times and must conserve it for the best shot. Anyone who can get around Ohirume once will basically defeat her in battle pretty easily.
Why the future Hokage is slowly going blind
Sarada Uchiha slowly going blind is a very intriguing plot point established in Boruto: Two, Blue Vertex. Usually, the cure for blindness is simply to acquire another pair of Sharingan and gain access to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. For Sarada Uchiha, that's not an option since she can't receive those eyes from anyone other than Shin, who is highly unlikely to be brought back into history.

As such, Sarada must come up with an alternative way to access the full power of the Mangekyo Sharingan without overtaxing herself. This creates a very interesting and conflicting plot point in the story that Kishimoto and Ikemoto are sure to handle with great care.

Measuring Sarada's current power in the sequel
At this point in the story, Sarada Uchiha is very powerful, and that goes without saying. Her recent awakening of the Mangekyo Sharingan means she can even take down Otsutsuki-level Shinju in one fell swoop. But Sarada still has obvious weaknesses.
First, she is extremely dependent on her ninjutsu. Against those who simply absorb Jutsu, the power of Ohirume simply won't work. Then there are also the chakra reserves to take into account. Sarada's chakra reserves are very basic, and she can only use Ohirume once or maybe twice at most in a day. This means she is prone to exhaustion and won't last long in any major battle. These are the things that Sarada must deal with if she is to truly become Naruto's successor and emerge as the village's Hokage in the future. Hopefully, Boruto: Two Blue Vertex will see her grow further in the coming chapters.
