I've played Disney Dreamlight Valley Since the day it was first launched in early access, and there is one thing I have learned during my 600 hours: you can never have enough star coins. Disney Dreamlight Valley Is filled with things to buy: deliveries from Kristoff, gemstones from Aladdin, seeds from Goofy, and of course furniture and clothing from Dalen's biggest money-lovers himself, Scrooge McDuck. Keeping up a steady range of star coins is not easy, especially with so much to buy, so I have developed a consistent strategy to quickly raise the gold.
This strategy usually serves me hundreds of thousands of star coins over a 2-4 hour period. However, it can only be implemented at certain times of the day, as it includes here and there fish, which are only available between 6-10 and 18.00-10.00. (They are also only unlocked when you reach level 10 friendship with Nala.) I like to start at 18, but if you are more of a morning player it works too. Please note that this strategy may not be the most optimally effective, but I like it because it lets you rotate between different village tasks such as mining, fishing and gardening rather than doing the same for hours at the end.
Before you officially start the steps below, make sure you have done the following:

Dug holes to plant seeds in the forgotten countries. You can also do your excavation later, but it helps to have a field or two prepared.

Cooked some meals to make sure you don't run out of endurance. A good meal that is easy to make lots of is the souffle, which is completely made of ingredients purchased on chez remy (cheese, eggs, milk and butter.)
Step 1: Plant your first pumpkin field
If you are an ordinary Disney Dreamlight Valley Players, you have probably guessed that this strategy revolves around pumpkins. They are the valley's most profitable vegetable, and it has not changed for several years that the game has been out. This strategy is about letting a field of pumpkins grow at its natural pace and then complete other money to do tasks (including planting more pumpkins) as they grow. In addition, starting with a naturally growing field, lets you dig up the rich soil you need for beverage making later.
Buy as many pumpkin seeds as you want (I tend to go for maximum purchase of 99) on Goofy's booths in the forgotten countries. Then plant them in their natural biome and water them. You don't have to use any elixirs – we let this field grow naturally. They take 3 hours and 36 minutes to grow and need to be watered twice, about every 90 minutes, so be sure to set a timer. (Note that you can also replace the first field with Okra, which grows in two hours in Glaws of Trust, if you do not want to wait for pumpkins.)
Step 2: Mid for Vitalys Crystals
Then you hang with all villagers with the mining role (preferably with their mining skills that are equalized up to 10 for maximum bonus drops). Then eat some tasty food to maximize your endurance, as it will increase your chance to get your own bonuses. Finally, go to the Vitalas mines on the sunlit plateau and mine each mining site repeatedly until the timer goes to water your pumpkins for the first time.
When you are done, water pump is patch 1 and sells rubies and sapphires from your mining thinking. (You can also sell Onyxer if you want, but I prefer to keep them to make miraculous Pickaxe Polish drinks.) This will net you some nice bonus tans, as rubies and sapphires sell for 350 star coins and their shiny variants for 1,400.
Step 3: Craft Miracle Growth Elixirs
Go to a craft station and use the vital's crystals that you are broken to make Miracle growth elixirs and even more miraculous growth mixers. How many you can create depends on how happy you get when you mining. You probably have enough rich soil to create drinks while digging up your fields, but if you need a little more, take a villagers with the digging role and go to town.
Once you have created your Elixirs, enumerate how many you have. This will determine how many pumpkins you plant. Remember:

Each miracle growth elixir can water 20 crops
-
Any even more miraculous growth elixir can water 50 crops
Step 4: Plant, harvest and cook more pumpkins
Go to Goofy's stable in the forgotten countries and buy as many pumpkin seeds as you have growth ELIXIR fees. This can be several hundred, so feel free to save some drinks for later and skip that step next time you are money. Also, make sure you hang out with a villagers with the garden role and that you have again eaten some meals to maximize your endurance.
Plant, water and harvest the pumps. (If your first field requires another watering during this, do not do so until you have used all the elixir.) Due to the elixir, you can harvest them immediately. You should end up with a few hundred pumpkins ready to go. Now you can simply sell them back to silly and earn 664 star coins per pumpkin, but that is not the best way to maximize your star coin.
Instead use a slow stove (or an old stove if you have A rift in time dlc) To convert all your pumpkins for meals. There are a couple of different profitable alternatives, depending on what you have available in the way of extra ingredients. They are:

Vegetable plate – pumpk x 3 (or pumpkin x 5 if you have a particularly good move)

Pumpkin soup – pumpk x 2, ginger, milk

Pumpkin puffs – pumpkin, eggs, cheese
If you want, you can repeat steps 2-4 a second time if you feel you have time and energy for it.
Step 5: Fish, Final harvest, Final
Now, with the remaining time you have until your first pumpkin patch is ready to harvest, spend time with a fishing role village and fish for here and there fish. You can catch here and there fish in open water or white ripples in all amounts of water. Do not use any miracle fishing, as it only makes it rare to show up and we are not after rare fish, just here and there is.
Fish until your first pumpkin field is ready to harvest. Then switch back to spending time with your garden friend and grab these pumpkins from your original field. Finally, you combine the pumpkins and here and there fish in grilled fish dishes with 1 here and there fish and 1 pump each. You can do this by hand at a cooking station or you can use a slow stove if your previous set of meals are finished.
Finally, sell all your cooked pumpkin and fish meals to silly at one of his stables. (You can also sell all the extra non-here and where fish you captured and non-rich land items that you dug up when preparing your fields, plus rubies and sapphires if you did not do it before) in just under 4 hours, you have now earned several hundred thousand star coins, and you are ready to buy what Scrooges McDuck has in stock next day.
