Frieza is one of the most violent characters in the Dragon Balland may well have the highest death toll in the series aside from the Gods of Destruction. Even then, Beerus doesn't have to destroy much in Universe 7 as Frieza roams the universe, wiping species from existence and flipping their planets for profit.

Paragus never stood a chance when Frieza realized he could turn Broly Super Saiyan
With a power level of 4,200 inches Dragon Ball Super: BrolyParagus was actually one of the strongest saiyan alive before Planet Vegeta's destruction. After Broly was banished to Planet Vampa, Paragus followed his son and accidentally crash-landed and was stranded. Decades later, the Frieza Force found Paragus & Broly and recruited them both into his army.
When Frieza realizes that Broly's power has peaked while fighting Goku and Vegeta, he gets the idea to trigger the Super Saiyan transformation within him by killing Paragus. Frieza blames Paragu's death on a stray Ki blast and successfully manipulates Broly into turning Super Saiyan by killing his father.

Bardock, King Vegeta and the rest of the Saiyans were nothing to Frieza
With only a few exceptions, such as Vegeta and Broly, very few Saiyans had a power level above 10,000 when Frieza wiped out Planet Vegeta, killing most of the Saiyans. That said, Saiyans can grow astronomically stronger via Zenkai Boosts that occur when they heal after surviving near-death experiences. Frieza also feared the legend of the Super Saiyan.
Although Frieza could have killed every single Saiyan by himself, his fear drove him to destroy Planet Vegeta. Frieza Force would blame the planet's destruction on a meteor, a story that even Vegeta believed until Dodoria told him the truth in Dragon Ball Z. In the anime, Frieza personally kills King Vegeta before destroying the planet.
Dragon Ball: 6 transformations that rival Super Saiyan Blue
Super Saiyan Blue is hardly the most powerful form in Dragon Ball Super and has been outclassed and rivaled by several transformations.

Dende, Guru and the Namekians did not deserve Frieza's violence
In his debut arc, Frieza gets the highest number of kills in the series. The Dragon Ball manga introduces Frieza by having him Cargo, a Namekian child. Frieza then personally kills Dende during the final battle and is responsible for the stress that ultimately kills Guru. Although Guru does not ultimately kill Nail himself, he beats him to near death to the point that he would have died had Piccolo not assimilated with him.
Via the Frieza Force, Frieza is also responsible for the death of every single Namekian on Planet Namek, except for the villagers that Vegeta personally killed himself. While the Namekians are incredibly powerful, not a single warrior on the planet was strong enough to fight Frieza's army. Even Nails' Power Level of 42,000 was not nearly enough.

Elec was one of Frieza's easiest deaths
Elec may be the leader of the Heeters, but he is also the weakest member of this race. Elec's rank comes more from his confidence and bravado than anything else, strategically using his brother Gas to fight all of his battles. For most of Granolah the Survivor Saga, Elec manipulates events from the shadows… until Frieza arrives.
Frieza immediately concludes that Elec is the weakest Heeter and obliterates him with a single Ki blast. The Heeters are a powerful race, so the Elec must certainly be stronger than most aliens—especially the average Namekians and Saiyans—but by the time of Dragon Ball Superhe is nothing compared to the lead.

Krillin still has PTSD from being killed by Frieza
Despite being the strongest human on earth, Krillin still carries the trauma of being killed by Frieza in Dragon Ball Super. In it Dragon Ball Super anime adaptation of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection Fit is revealed that Krillin has PTSD from when he was killed on Namek, and must work up the courage to actually fight the Frieza Force when they land on Earth.
Dragon Ball Super later features a pre-Tournament of Power filler episode in which Goku and Krillin confront visions of their former villains, effectively forcing Krillin to confront his trauma head-on. Even though humans are nothing to Frieza, Krillin is an impressive enough martial artist where he is still one of the strongest characters Frieza has ever killed.
Dragon Ball: Every Time Vegeta Died (& Who Killed Him)
Vegeta has actually died as many times as Krillin has between Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball Online.

Piccolo was killed while protecting Gohan in Dragon Ball Super Anime
The Dragon Ball Super anime makes some interesting changes Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F. In the movie, none of the Z-Fighters die, as Goku and Vegeta arrived just in time to fight Frieza. In the anime, Frieza comes dangerously close to killing Gohan and Piccolo has to swoop in at the last moment to tank a Death Beam on his student's behalf.
Frieza ends up killing Piccolo on the spot, as Gohan becomes enraged and unable to fight back meaningfully. Piccolo's death is nothing more than a hollow Saiyan Saga reference and he is unceremoniously resurrected at the end of the arc, but this doesn't change the fact that Frieza effortlessly killed one of the strongest Z-Fighters with a single blast.

Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta took too long to beat Frieza and humanity paid the price
Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta had the perfect opportunity to kill Golden Frieza himself at the end of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection Fbut he just had to play with his food. As Vegeta overthinks the situation, Frieza takes the opportunity to destroy the entire Earth, killing most of the Z-fighters, including the Prince of All Saiyans himself.
Only a select few characters survive thanks to Whis. This means that Frieza has not only killed most of Earth, but most of the Z-Fighters. But in the end, Whis rewinds time to just before Frieza killed Vegeta and blew up the Earth, giving Goku a small window to kill Frieza with a Kamehameha.

Awakened Gas is the strongest character anyone in Dragon Ball has killed, not just Frieza
Awakened Gas is not only the strongest character Frieza killed in Dragon Ballhe might be the most powerful character anyis killed in Dragon Ball. Elec uses the Cerealian Dragon Balls to transform Gas into the strongest fighter in Universe 7, aging him when someone surpasses him in Power Level.
Unfortunately, Frieza was not in Universe 7 when Elec made his wish, so Gas is left defenseless when Frieza arrives. Black Frieza quickly impales Awakened Gus, turning him to dust on the spot. Keep in mind that this was a villain that both Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta struggled to keep up with, meaning that Black Frieza is very stronger than any of the Saiyans.
