Currently A bit Manga is focused on Harald's Flashback. Some fans were worried about Flashbacken, as they wanted to see IMU's strength and how the straw hats would go against them. Most readers, however, changed their mind after reading One Piece Chapter 1158, which included full debut of Rocks D. Xebec.

Stones met Loki in Elbaf
Rocks D. Xebec has always been known as a dangerous and demanding person who did not take into account the lives of others. He always prioritized himself, and it does not seem like he was ever concerned about his crews. Towards the end of the chapter, it was revealed that Harald had seen Rocks D. Xebec at The Reverie.
At that time, stones would not yet form the rocks pirates, but that does not mean that he was not a powerful person. In fact, Rocks D. Xebec had killed an Admiral, which is a crazy performance. So far, no other character has successfully killed an Admiral, making Rocks a special list.
It is likely that Harald saw stones kill the Admiral, and he must have been impressed by the power of the pirate, but at the same time he would have wanted to keep his distance from someone who was so ruthless.
Why did Rock's D. Xebec Harald apply?
Rocks probably wanted to recruit Harald
So far, the reason behind Rock's decision remains to travel to Elbaf unknown. However, there is a chance that Rocks wanted to recruit Harald for Rocks Pirates. It has been stated that when stones came to Elbaf he had not formed the rocks. Many pirates with big names have expired to recruit new members, so there is a real opportunity that Rocks wanted to do the same. It is understandable why stones traveled so far, because Harald was an outstanding fighter. If he managed to recruit Harald, it would certainly strengthen the crew's overall strength.
Given the change in Harald's personality, it seems quite obvious that he rejected the offer because he wanted to help Elbaf flourish. There is also a chance that the stones D. Xebec tried to fight Harald to force him to accept the offer; After all, the pirate has revealed that he does not like to take no for an answer. The potential battle between Harald and Rocks is likely to be covered in the next park chapter in one piece.
Stones D. XEBEC became the strongest pirate in one piece
At some point, Rocks D. Xebec formed the Rocks Pirates and became their captain. In fact, he stopped becoming the strongest pirate in his era. Rocks D. Xebec's name gave fear into his enemies' hearts because he was an extremely sadistic person. He would not spare a person, especially if they offended him in the first place.
Rocks D. Xebec planned to become the rulers of the world, which was really an ambitious goal. But he knew that a strong crew was needed to make the dream reality, which is why he just recruited the strongest fighters. The Rocks Pirates consisted of the following:
-
Rocks D. Xebec
-
White thread
-
Shiki
-
Big mom
-
Kaido
-
Miss Buckingham Stussy
-
Gloriosa
-
Wang Zhi
-
Silverx
-
Junge
Almost all these characters were incredible fighters, who could keep their own in the most dangerous situations. With their help, stones could easily have become the ruler of the world. Unfortunately, fate had other plans.
Stones D. Xebec died in good Valley
38 years ago Rocks D. Xebec traveled to God Valley, where he attacked Celestial Dragons. Normally, stones and his crew could easily have escaped from the island, but the arrival of Garp and Roger changed everything.
The two legends collaborated against the cliffs D. Xebec and defeated him. According to Sengoku, Rocks died in the conflict and his crew dissolved shortly thereafter. Many details are still missing, so hopefully Oda will reveal them in Harald's Flashback.
