The Coronations The DLC is the lowest rated expansion on Steam for Crusader Kings 3as this event pack is repetitive, lacks story and fails to live up to the excitement of a coronation. It didn't help that it was released with a lot of bugs, most of which have been fixed, thankfully.
For those who like challenges CK3however, it can be a good addition as rulers are penalized for being uncrowned and need to spend money and time on the central coronation activity. It can also be interesting for gameplay with the Holy Roman Empire, since the Pope is needed for anointings.

Content Creator Pack: Arctic Attire
An unmissable but unique cosmetic package

The Arctic clothing pack adds new clothing and armor options based on the Sami and Khanty for northern Scandinavia. In many playthroughs, this will be well out of the way, and players will likely have no interaction with the wearers of these outfits. But for those who like to play as Nordic explorers, this pack can be a good addition Northern Adventurers.
In the game settings there is an option to enable the nomadic government for the Sami, so enabling this can make for a more interesting playthrough to get the most out of this little package.

Clothes from the Holy Roman Empire is a free cosmetic pack that adds several new clothing items inspired by the fashion of the Holy Roman Empire. This European superpower, known for its greatness and opulence, is one of the central factions in the game, especially for players based anywhere in Europe or West Asia.
The pack contains several new crowns, robes and helmets, as well as a variety of clothing types for lesser nobles. Considering this is a free pack, players will automatically receive this content when they install the game for the first time.

Crusader Kings 3 features a variety of cultures, some of which have likely flown under most players' radars.
The new crowns are: Timurid Emir's Turban, Timurid Princess's Crown, Crown of Vladimir the Great, Crown of Princess Olga of Kiev, Crown of Princess Olga of Kiev, Crown of Charlemagne and Crown of Princess Blanche of England.

Fashion of the Abbasid court
A fashion package for an important culture

Fashion of the Abbasid court focuses on clothing from the Middle East and provides a few additional items of clothing to distinguish certain cultures in the region. As one of the first cosmetic packs for the game, it lacks a bit of content compared to newer options, but it adds flavor to an important area of the map and complements expansions such as The legacy of Persia.
If possible, try to buy this package as part of a larger package or wait until it goes on sale.

Empire elegance
A cosmetic pack focused on Henry II of the Holy Roman Court

Empire elegance is based on Emperor Henry II of HRE and his Queen Cunigunde. In addition to some new outfits and royal patterns, it also gives some new crowns, but overall it feels lacking in content. As with other cosmetic packaging, it's best to buy as part of a bundle or on sale.
Some of the best mods for Crusader Kings 3 for immersion, like The Community Flavor Pack, made by the same creators who produced other cosmetic packs on this list, is arguably better than this one, and certainly delivers more.

Content Creator Pack: North African Clothing
A cosmetic pack that adds fashion inspired by North African cultures

The North African clothing The Content Creator Pack is the first to be branded as such and introduces several new outfits and clothing items inspired by the cultures of North Africa. Since these factions don't have very distinctive features in the base game, this can really add to the immersion for players based around North Africa and Iberia.
Unlike some other cosmetic packs to date, the North African Attire Content Creator Pack is a paid DLC, which may turn some players off due to the fact that it adds nothing to the game. As a result, it may be best to pick up this item as part of a “Chapter” bundle or during a sale.

In the case of cosmetic packaging, West Slavic clothing is another solid entry with new clothes for lowborns and kings alike. With kingdoms like Poland being a major presence in most playthroughs, players are more likely to notice this pack, even if they aren't playing as West Slaves themselves.
Adds 6 new clothing items, 11 new designs and clothing, 15 headgear, including crowns, and the Szczerbiec, the Polish coronation sword, as a court artifact.

Cape's couture is a cosmetic pack that adds several new items of clothing to the game that characters can equip via the Barbershop icon. This free DLC adds several new garments and crowns inspired by French culture, which is one of the main superpowers when playing around Central Europe.
In addition to a variety of new clothing and apparel, Cape's couture also introduces new hairstyles and new texture materials to decorate clothes with. The Fur Hat is a particularly outstanding item and is one of the most unique crowns in the game.

Compared to other cosmetic packaging for CK3, Medieval monuments is the most unique, because instead of providing new clothes, it adds unique 3D buildings to the map. These are all real medieval buildings that span most of the map, making for a more immersive and beautiful backdrop, especially when you zoom in.
Examples include: Cluny Abbey, Walls of York, Great Mosque of Damascus, Ghana Palace, Duomo of Florence, Holy Wisdom of Novgorod and Konarak Sun Temple.
