The 7,720-square-foot home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 1,240-gallon aquarium, an elevator, a home gym, a game room and covered parking.

As seen in photos obtained by Page Six, the mansion sits on a large plot of land about 30 minutes from Key West, giving the actress plenty of privacy during her days off.

The property includes a huge heated and chilled infinity pool with a swim-up bar, hot tub and private boat launch.

It’s unclear whether Sweeney, 26, purchased the home alone or if it was a joint investment with her boyfriend, Jonathan Davino, 40.

TMZ reported Wednesday that the Euphoria the star, who has already taken refuge in Florida, also plans to stay home in Los Angeles.

Sweeney purchased his Tudor-style home in California for $3 million (S$4.4 million) in November 2021, something he never thought he would achieve.

“I always thought that when I turned 18, I would have all this money, I would buy my parents’ house and put it all back together. And I was never able to do that, and I never did,” she told The Associated Press that December.

“So now being able to be in a home is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can’t believe I was able to accomplish.”

The 3,200-square-foot home, built in 1933, boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located atop a hill in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Although Sweeney was unable to immediately buy back her parents’ house, she did purchase a family heirloom in 2022.

“My great-grandmother had this beautiful house. It was a nice two-bedroom house that they lived in,” he explained The Kelly Clarkson Show in December 2023. “My grandmother was born there, my mom was born there, and then when the kids grew up, they built another house on the property.”

“When my great-grandfather died and my great-grandmother got old, they couldn’t afford to keep him anymore,” she continued. “Last year I called the owners and said, ‘I want to buy back my great-grandmother’s house.’”

It is not clear whether The White Lotus the star still owns the house.

Last year Sweeney also bought a 4477-square-foot upper in Bel Air, California, for $6.2 million (S$9 million), despite once saying he was strapped for cash.
