Steam has been offering a ton of free games lately, ranging from free-to-keep giveaways to occasional free-to-play promotions. There's no shortage of new free-to-play games being added to the platform as well, indicating that gamers don't necessarily need to break the bank to have plenty to play on PC. Those willing to venture outside of Steam can also take advantage of the Epic Games Store weekly free games. Free-to-keep promotions on Steam are often more focused on smaller indie titles, while Epic Games Store giveaways sometimes feature AAA titles. It's cool to see what kind of extensive game library players can put together, even without spending any money.
