Game -handed manufacturer Abxylut Sells a new handheld that is like a mash-up between the Nintendo 3DS's bare eye 3D screen and a steam tire. But if players want the new steam tire -like, they have to spend almost $ 2,000 for the device.
Before the VR headset like Meta Quest, more mainstream became 3D an increase in popularity, mainly in movies and television. Nintendo took advantage of this with its unique 3DS handler, which had a 3D-pop-out effect that did not require glasses. Most 3D gaming offers have then shifted to VR, but this new handheld can remind the fans of the 3DS days.
New steam tire -like hand holder is available in 3D
Abxylute introduces Abxyute 3D One, a hand-held gaming console with a huge 11-inch screen, removable control units and a glass-free 3D screen. The system has an Intel Lunar Lake chip, 32 GB LPDDR5X RAM, and its 11-inch screen has a 2560×1600 resolution with a 120Hz update speed. According to The Verge, Abxylute 3D One is optimized to “deliver 3D for 50 of the best steam games”, including Black myth: Wukong and Hogwarts inheritance. It also contains conversion software to turn images and video into 3D.
Abxylute 3D will not be cheap, as it will be sold in September or October for “Under $ 1,700.” It is reportedly using eye tracking to achieve a 3D effect, which is a little different from the Nintendo 3DS. The removable control units can make one think of the Nintendo switch, but these thankfully use Hall Effect Joysticks and Triggers, which would help prevent the dreaded knitting. It also has two touchpads, similar to the steam tire. Due to its large size and relatively heavy weight of 2.45 pounds it has a kickstand, so users do not have to keep the whole system all the time.
The price of Abxylute 3D is particularly much higher than the steam tire or Nintendo Switch 2, with the steam tire from $ 399 to $ 649, depending on the model, and Nintendo Switch 2 bass system selling for $ 449.99. But if Abxyute 3D can deliver the experience it is promising, the price is quite understandable. The steam tire has a resolution of 1280 x 800 on its 7.4-inch screen, while Switch 2 Maxes at 1920×1080 on its 7.9-inch screen and also has 3D effects. With more handheld systems that deliver console or PC-like experiences entering the market, Abxyute 3D has a cut out an interesting niche that can help drive it to popularity.
