Right now, it's unclear if Respawn Entertainment is planning a surprise reveal later this year. However, the time feels right. Although the game is still a year or two away, a teaser trailer confirming that the game is in the later stages of development would be enough to get many gamers pumped.

Star Wars: Zero Company is slated for this year, but there's still no official release date set in stone. The game is a turn-based tactics title set around the Clone Wars. Even more interesting is its co-developer. Bit Reactor takes on lead development, but Respawn Entertainment helps out in various ways. This is because the game is canon too Star Wars Jedi story and larger franchise timeline. So it will be fascinating to see how Star Wars: Zero Company connects to Star Wars Jedi.
Star Wars Eclipse is one of the most ambitious Star Wars game in progress right now. This project is being developed by Quantic Dream, the studio that made games like Detroit: Become Human and A lot of rain. Such a large IP is a huge change of pace for the developer. Set in the era of the High Republic, Star Wars Eclipses story is expected to be an interwoven story filled with choices. This is Quantic Dream's bread and butter, but reports claim it will be more action-oriented than the studio's previous works. It is not clear when this project will be ready for launch. Speculation has pointed to a potential release date of 2027 or 2028. If it happens to be 2027, this year could potentially have some Star Wars Eclipse news in store. If so, it would mark the first major update since the 2021 Game Awards trailer.
Last but not least, Amy Hennigs is secretive Star Wars games with Skydance New Media. Hennig is best known for creating Uncharted series, and that style of play would be tons of fun in one Star Wars environment. Hennig once worked on another Star Wars game for EA, but it was eventually cancelled. Even if one Star Wars Jedi 3 announcement or new VERTEBRAE remake update is not part of Star WarsPlans for 2026, there are still many games that can come out and surprise players. However, Star Wars Jedi 3 is hopefully the next reveal waiting behind the scenes. Have so many Star Wars games on the horizon are good, but Star Wars Jedi 3 can continue one of the best stories the franchise has seen.
