Skater Island is a competition park, which means that players have to achieve a point above AI riders if they are going to earn the gold medal and move on to the next track. Below is how to easily get the gold medal, along with each Skaterö collected to get 100% in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4.
How to get the gold medal on Skater Island (THPS3)
The gold medal under Skater Island will require players to reach over 93 points from the judges in 2 heating walks. This is easily achieved by staying in the main spawn area of Skater Island by using the abundance of grinding rails and ramps to chain combinations for the highest score as possible. Anything over 250,000 should be enough to receive the mandatory gold medal to proceed to the next track
How to get all the state points on Skater Island
There are 3 state points found on the Skater Island map, and the video above describes the place for each within the competition. However, there are more detailed instructions for each of those below:

State Point No. 1 – In SPAWN, Turn right into Skate Bowl, where players can use a jump trick to grab the first state point.

State Point #2 – From Spawn, jump off the first ramp on the left and use the grinding rail to navigate over the yellow beam and wooden platform to grab the state point.

State Point No. 3 – Get to the Pirate Shipyard's Bow Spit and grind it for the final state point.
How to get all secret cash on Skater Island
Players can get 3 cash stacks for a total of $ 3,000 on Skater Island, and they are not so difficult to find. The video above shows the place and tricks to get them all, and below gives a detailed description of each:

Cash No. 1 – From Spawn, build speed and jump up from the ramp on the back of the map while spamming yourself/triangle to land on the railing, then grind to the opposite end and jump off the wall back to the railing and jump to the left red railing to grind until you reach the cash.

Cash # 2 – in Spawn, turn left to the skate bowl and follow it around to find a wooden construction, where jumping inside the said structure gives the next cash.

Cash # 3 – Grind on the pirate ship on the palm tree on the left to get cash.
How to get the IG mark on Skater Island
From spawn, go left to the pirate ship and then build up enough speed to land on the arch liquor and grind it. While players will fall into their downfall, they will respaw on the mast on the ship, where the grind rope on the left holds the IG mark that players can then encounter.
How to get the hidden tire on Skater Island
The hidden tire on Skater Island is found by moving forward from Spawn and jumping up the ramp on the back of the map, where players can get enough height to spit triangle/y to grind on the rail above the broken wall. Along this grinding rail is the hidden tire.
