This article contains spoilers from the Boruto series.
The Boruto series has been on quite a roll lately and fans know that Two Blue Vortex has delivered some absolutely incredible battles, along with some exciting character writing, that fans would miss from the first installment of the series. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is incredibly exciting at this point and it throws the next generation ninja into the middle of some of the most exciting battles. New legacies are being written and history is being made in the ninja world right before the eyes of fans, which is why this part of the story is as exciting as it is.
Say goodbye to Naruto Uzumaki and welcome the new strongest character in Boruto
Naruto Uzumaki is powerful, but there is a stronger ninja in Boruto now.
At the same time, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex also tries to pay attention to the legends of the ninja world and makes sure to honor their legacy. For example, Minato Namikaze, Konoha's Fourth Hokage, has been brought up in the story on several occasions, and his talent and skill has also been honored by the author on several occasions. As fans know, Minato was Konoha's Yellow Lightning, and now it seems that Konoha has a new Yellow Lightning many decades after the death of the Fourth Hokage.
Konoha's Yellow Lightning was a famous legend

Minato Namikaze was feared throughout the world for his speed

Minato was the fastest ninja in the world
When it comes to the most legendary Kage Konoha has ever produced, three in particular come to mind. The first was obviously Konoha's first Hokage, Hashirama Senju. He laid the foundations of the village with Madara and gave birth to a system that is still in use to this day. Of course, the main character, Naruto Uzumaki is another. Fans know he is the most legendary ninja of all time, and rightfully so. He saved the world from total destruction on multiple occasions, and it goes without saying that Naruto is truly a cut above the rest.
Then one certainly cannot forget the legendary fourth Hokage of Konoha, Minato Namikaze. Even though he wasn't the main character, Minato also saved the world the best way he could. Throughout his ninja career, he was labeled a genius and a monstrously powerful ninja. Minato was known as the yellow lightning of the blade. This iconic moniker earned him for his incredible speed. In terms of battle speed, Minato was second to none.
Give me a break. My jutsu is not as good as Lord Fourth's, and I am not as talented as him. — Boruto Uzumaki on his use of the Flying Raijin.
No one could touch Minato in battle, and the vast majority of fights he participated in were over in seconds. Minato's speed was such that Lightning A, who could literally move at the speed of Lightning, could not outrun him. On top of that, Minato also had his teleportation like jutsu. Minato had taken teleportation jutsu from the second Hokage, called the Flying Raijinand actually improved it considerably.
He became the fastest man of his generation, and thanks to his yellow hair and the fact that he could teleport and move at lightning speed, he was named Konoha's Yellow Flash. It was this moniker that struck fear into his enemies in the Third Great Ninja War and why he made a legend of himself as history progressed.

Boruto has also learned Teleportation Ninjutsu

Boruto Uzumaki's teleportation is not as good as Minato Namikaze's
While Minato's legacy will never be surpassedfans know very well that newer ninjas appear with the skill of those of the past quite often. Boruto Uzumaki, for example, has his own jutsu similar to Minato's. Boruto, like Minato, is a user of the Flying Raijin. Technically, Boruto's jutsu is not the same as Minato's and it is a much inferior version of the technique.
However, Boruto still calls it the Flying Raijin Jutsu, and at the same time, the end result is somewhat similar. Boruto is an avid user of teleportation ninjutsu at this point in the story. By creating various symbol-shaped medallions and infusing them with his own chakra, Boruto is able to identify them after scattering them over different distances. Then he can instantly teleport to them after focusing on their chakra signatures and recognizing them.

Naruto: All New Boruto Dojutsu, Explained
Boruto has introduced new Dojutsu. Some are more unique than others.
Boruto's teleporting ninjutsu has made him one of the fastest ninjas to ever live. In close combat, he can surprise his enemies in a multitude of ways. He can even travel long distances in an instant thanks to his new Flying Raijin jutsu. Although Boruto isn't called the Yellow Lightning, it's only a matter of time before he gains a reputation for being able to teleport as he has the same yellow hair as his grandfather and moves at the same blinding speed. The fact is that Boruto has what it takes to be called the Yellow Lightning as well, and he is one of Konoha's strongest.
Boruto will surpass his father and grandfather
It must also be remembered that Boruto Uzumaki possesses a tremendous talent. He is slowly nurturing this talent and eventually, when it blossoms, Boruto will be on a level far above the Kage. To be fair, Boruto is already stronger than Minato Namikaze and even Hashirama Senju. The only shinobi above him in terms of power is Naruto Uzumaki, whose Baryon Mode remains unmatched to this day.
However, as the Boruto series continues, Boruto will likely reach a level even higher than Baryon Mode Naruto. To begin with, Boruto Uzumaki was born with great talent and a strong connection to Otsutsuki. He has also received Momoshiki Otsutsuki's Karma, and on top of that he was trained by Sasuke Uchiha.
Boruto is destined for great success in the future. At some point, he will harness Momoshiki's full power and surpass the level of the average Otsutsuki as well. When that happens, Boruto will be one of the world's greatest ninja legends, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see it happen.
The Namikaze-Uzumaki family dominates Konoha
At the end of the day, the Namikaze-Uzumaki family will become a legendary group in the Naruto series. Of course, Minato is not an Uzumaki, but he is grouped with them, given that he was married to Kushina. Minato, Namikaze, Boruto Uzumaki and Naruto Uzumaki have formed a legendary trio of powerful monsterseach is the strongest of his own generation.
If this family line continues, fans can rest assured that whoever comes next will most likely continue to be the strongest of their era as well. That said, they would have great shoes to fill. By the end of the Boruto series, this family will be the greatest to ever exist.
