Intending to give the new U20 team international exposure, Ego is backed by investors and invites U-20 players from Europe's top five leagues. Each stratum is led by a master striker from the club team who is expected to mentor players under their wing. Blue Lock soccer players get to choose which team they want to play with and are then pushed to compete against some of the best players from around the world and against each other as well.
The Neo Egoist League is designed in a way that gives Ego's followers enough exposure and experience to compete in the U20 World Cup.
