When Luffy and the straw hats arrive at Elbaf, the legendary island of Giants, the biggest potential threat Luffy is liberating Loki from its chains. Unfortunately, something much worse shows up: a couple of God's knights from the Holy Land Mary Geoise. These heartless and immoral people come under the direct order of the World Government. Not long after their arrival, they began to cause all possible problems for Elbaf's people.

God's knights can be unpleasant and ruthless, but they do not move without a clear goal in mind. So, what are their true assignments? What are the reasons why God's knights come to Elbaf? Based on the latest chapters, the following seems to be their goal.

To recruit Loki

When God Knights Figarland Shamrock and Gunko first arrive at Elbaf, they go immediately and look for Loki, the fallen prince of Elbaf. They will offer Loki the chance to become a member of the prestigious God's knight.

So why Loki? The reason is quite simple. Of each giant on that island, the strongest must be Loki. Not only does he inherit the blood from the ancient giants from his father – to make him bigger and stronger than his comrades – but he is also the only one who can practice Ragnir, the legendary weapon in the giant race. Unfortunately for them, the proud giant says no.

As predicted, the giant warriors will not affect God's knights as long as they keep the children hostage. However, there is another unfortunate purpose behind their action. God's knight intends to transform the innocent children into slaves for the world government. They want to raise and educate the children so that they become the world's private super soldiers.

As mentioned earlier, God's knight completely refers to causing chaos on the island of Elbaf as a power show to Giants. They do this by using Killingham's Devil Fruit Power, which allows him to sleep the children and turn monsters into their nightmares into reality.

Since it only takes a few seconds for Killingham to produce these monsters, he can pop them up all over Elbaf. Since each part of the island is under attack at the same time, the giants are divided and busy protecting their own villages. The sudden attacks from the strange monsters basically turn the whole island into chaos, which is exactly what God's knight wants.

God's knights want to use Giant's power, but if they cannot, they should at least hug Giant's forces so that they will not be able to oppose the world government in the future. ELBAF's library is one of the oldest libraries in the world, and it also contains every book that Saul managed to save from the burnt-out ohara library. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is one of the most important libraries in the world. Not only that, but this library also contains the long story for the giant breed. Burning down this library is similar to erasing Giant's history and their culture, which is exactly what God's knight wants to achieve.

Kidnapping the children and the other documents mentioned earlier are just secondary goals. God's knights come to Elbaf mainly to force the giant waters to fight during the world government.

The world government predicts that a major war will happen in the near future. A war that will engulf the whole world in chaos and destruction. Marines will certainly be part of the world's military ability, but they believe it is still not enough. So now they are recruiting powerful breeds and individuals to add their ever -growing army.

As the most powerful warriors in the world, Giants can tip the balance of power in favor of who they are included in the coming war. That is why God's knights are determined to recruit them, and they are willing to do what it takes to make it happen.
