Pokemon GO reveals Community Day dates for March, April and May 2026

Pokémon GO has revealed when the Community Day events will take place in the game's next season, giving players four dates to mark on their calendars. While Pokémon GOThe current season, Precious Paths, still has some events for players to look forward to, including its own Community Day, the end of which is on the horizon.

With each season of the mobile augmented reality game, Community Day events are held. These Pokémon GO events, which usually take place on a single day, give players much better odds of getting a specific Pokemon. Additionally, the featured animal has an increased chance to become shiny, making Community Days even more enticing for some fans. So far, 2026 has already had a Community Day and Community Day Classic, but more are on the way.

Pokemon GO reveals select Pokemon for upcoming Shadow Raid Day

Pokemon GO reveals details about its next Shadow Raid event, including bonuses, rewards, as well as the legendary Team GO Rocket Shadow Pokemon.

Before the release of Pokémon GOnext season, Scopely has announced the dates for upcoming Community Day events. According to the developer, the dates are March 14, April 11, May 9, and May 16. It's worth noting that the last date is for a Community Day Classic, giving players the chance to participate in a repeat event they may have missed. The featured creatures for these events have yet to be revealed, so players will have to stay tuned for future updates from Scopely as the next season approaches.

In addition to these Community Day dates, there is a list of others Pokémon GO events coming in the next season were revealed. Specifically, a seasonal event will take place from March 7-9, followed by a research day on March 21 and a Max Battle Day on March 28. After March ends, players can look forward to a Raid Day on April 4th, a Hatch Day on April 18th, a Max Battle Day on April 25th, a Shadow Raid Day and another Raid Day on May 32nd, and there will likely be more events on May 32nd. location throughout the season for players to attend, but those were the only dates revealed.

These new details for Pokémon GOThe next season comes as players have already had several events in 2026. Despite the year just starting, a Community Day Classic featuring Piplup took place on January 4, giving players an improved chance to catch water-type Pokémon. In addition, Pokémon GO hosted the first Community Day of the year on January 18. This one-day event gave players the opportunity to face Grookey.

While Pokémon GO has regular Community Days, the game often hosts longer events as well. For example, the game recently ended the High Zaptitude event, giving players an increased chance to obtain a Shiny Tadbulb. In addition, Pokémon GO has two more events planned for late January: Precious Pals and Into the Depths. The former begins on January 20th, bringing Shiny Fidough to the game, while the latter introduces the Gen 9 Pokemon Glimpse on January 27th.

Even though it's only January, Pokémon GO players already have a lot to look forward to in 2026. It will be interesting to see what new creatures are added to the game this year. While Pokémon GO have started to run out of possible add-ons, there are still quite a few Gen 9 options available. Additionally, Gen 10 could be released this year, which would likely increase the pool from which Scopely can draw for new pocket monsters. Regardless, these upcoming Community Days could give players a good chance to get some Pokemon they've been wanting to collect for a while.
