Through Sacred Ground is an optional quest in The path of exile where players must find a “Golden Hand” on behalf of Yeena, a quest NPC in The Forest Encampment, encountered during Act 2. Completing this quest is a bit more difficult than most, as the quest's objective does not specify where to find the Golden Hand or even where to start looking for it.

How to start through holy ground on the road to exile

To start Through Sacred Ground, you must first complete the following two quests i The path of exiles act 2:

After completing these two side quests, a new quest marker will appear above Yeena's head in the Forest Encampment, and players can talk to her to trigger Through Sacred Ground.

Where to find the golden hand
Yeena will ask players to find “the hand of a good man” with the quest objective saying “Find the golden hand.” The Golden Hand can be found in The Crypt (Level 2)which is north of The Forest Encampment, south of The Crossroads.
Here is the route you must take to get to The Crypt:
- Forest Camp -> Oil Fields -> Intersection -> Fellshrine Ruins -> Crypt -> Crypt Level 2.
In The Crypt Level 2, continue exploring the area and eventually a quest marker will appear on the map overlay when players are near the location of the Golden Hand (shown below).
The “Golden Hand” is hidden inside a large white altar and will drop to the ground when players interact with it.
Press Alt to highlight the altar if you can't see the prompt.
Pick up the golden hand when it falls and bring it back to Yeena in the forest camp using a portal scroll. Yeena will reward you with a “Book of Divorce”, which gives you a Passive Skill Point and two passive respect points for players to use.
As a quest item, the Golden Hand cannot be sold, traded, or put into storage. It will remain in your inventory until you complete the quest.
