Solo department Season 2 was absolutely phenomenal when it comes to action. The studio did a fantastic job of animating the web novel and gave an adaptation that they would remember for many years to come. Anime contained delicious battle scenes, which received A-1 pictures lots of praise.

A punchman released his first season ever in 2012, and the shaken world. Anime fans had never seen a series of such intense action scenes. The news of a punchman spread like wildfire. Even supervisors who are not anime came to learn about it via Word of Mouth. After such a huge first season, fans were desperate to learn more about next season. Most people thought the second season would be released in the next few years, but they could not have been more wrong.
One Punch Man Season 2 was broadcast in 2019 – seven full years after the first season. While waiting for anime was really a problem, fans were happy that they would get another high quality adaptation. But that was not the case.
OPM Season 2 was animated by the JC staff; The first was made by Madhouse. The latter has a reputation for producing outstanding adjustments, but the JC staff is different. The studio does not have many hits under the belt, so it was definitely a challenge for them to produce the second season of One Punch Man. Unfortunately, the JC staff failed horrible to deliver proper adjustment. Fans were upset after seeing anime, and they criticized it all over social media. Despite the failure, the JC staff got responsible for the next season.

So the pressure will be on the JC staff to deliver a much better adjustment. How the studio cured the previous season puts extra pressure on them to deliver this time. If the JC staff pulls it off, a punch man season 3 can be the biggest hit of the year. In fact, it can potentially replace solo niveness, a piece and Takopi's original sin. One Punch Man Season 3 will pose a massive threat to solo leveling because of the similarities between the two. Both are full of documents and have overpowered protagonists. However, fans have reason to doubt the studio's work.

The third season is just weeks away, so the lack of a new trailer is quite about. Since the studio has not released a trailer, fans are doubtful whether the new season will be better than the previous one.
