One Piece Strong characters not yet involved in the final saga

One Piece's The Final Saga will go down as one of the best final stretches in manga history. So far, Oda has only covered two arcs, and both have been nothing short of amazing. Considering the arcs are set in the final stretch, it makes sense that Oda saved the strongest characters for last. The author has saved these characters because he wants them to have a huge impact. Since there are already so many powerful individuals in the story, it will be interesting to see how things will unfold when they come face to face with those whose full strength remains unknown.

Aside from his brief altercation with Eustass Kid, Shanks has barely been involved in the Final Saga of One Piece. Yonko was able to defeat Kid without even trying, after which he took the Road Poneglyphs and left Supernova with nothing. Since then, Shanks has been a spectator and has barely participated in any major events.

Naturally, fans are eagerly waiting to see him in action. After all, he is the strongest character in One Piece. Shanks has access to all three types of Haki along with their advanced versions. Like any sane leader, Dragon has stayed away from the front lines. At the same time, he has made sure to take care of his allies. When it comes to individual strength, chances are Dragon is among the strongest One Piece characters. However, there is little or no evidence as to what powers he may have. Hopefully that will change in Final Saga.

Fujitora

Fujitora is a Navy Admiral who joined the organization through the World Military Draft. He and Ryokugyu were chosen to fill the void created by Kuzan's departure and Sakazuki's promotion. Unlike most Marines, Fujitora has strong morals, as shown by his refusal to cover up for the organization's mistakes in Dressrosa. Fujitora was involved in the Marijoa Incident, where he helped the Revolutionary Army free the slaves.

In addition to being a very likable character, Fujitora is also a powerful individual. He has the Zushi Zushi no Mi, a Paramecia-type devil fruit that gives him complete control over gravity. With his power, Fujitora can summon giant meteors and crush his enemies to death. Additionally, he holds one of the 12 Saijo O-Wazamono Blades, implying that he is also an elite swordsman.
