This article contains spoilers from One Piece's Elbaf Arc.

One Piece's The Elbaf arc has given fans a huge amount of exciting information, both about things that affect the future, as well as the world's mysterious past. One Piece fans know very well that the Elbaf arc has focused a lot on the character Rocks D. Xebec. Although introduced to fans as a major villain, Rocks has actually turned out to be quite a likable figure. Fans have fallen in love with his charismatic personality, and now that his time is coming to an end in the Loki flashback, it's clear that Rocks D. Xebec will be greatly missed.

Rocks D. Xebec will fall on God Valley after the battle against Imu, but fans know he won't really die here. After all, in One Piecedeath only comes when someone is forgotten. Today, Teach represents the Davy clan against the World Government, just as the Rocks once did.

The teachings are incredibly strong and he definitely won't be silent because he knows what the government did to his father. It is clear to see that Teach carries his father's will. He sails in the ship known as the Saber of Xebec, and his official goal is to claim the world, which the Rocks recently stated was the Imu themselves. Clearly, Teach aims to take down Imu and this is something that excites fans to no end.

Loki despises the government thanks to the Rocks and he believes in overwhelming strength thanks to him as well. The reasons why Loki is as strong as he is right now is all down to Rocks and he believes he is the sun god destroying the world. Just like Rocks, Loki wants to claim the world and, unlike his father, he wants to oppose world government to the bitter end, if necessary. Loki and Blackbeard are both very similar, yet different. They are both opponents of the world government, but each of them has carved out a different path, and they are both worthy of being the successors of Rocks D. Xebec.
